Last night, I had a fantastic music experience at the Pavilion! The concert band Valley Winds performed, and it was one of the best free concerts I've ever seen. I hope they are invited back; I'll be keeping an eye on the schedule!
This was a cool spot to meet up for a light lunch with some family before we went to the zoo. I really love the atmosphere and how spacious it is, indoors and outdoors. Service was friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and they have an assortment of board games.
Decided to catch lunch at the Dock & Paddle before going to the conservatory. There were five ppl in our group. We had a smash burger, 2 bean burgers, chicken nachos, an old fashioned, 2 specialty coffees. Everything was delicious. The manager (Hank) was so helpful, friendly. It was a perfect way to spend a beautiful casual fall afternoon.

Dock & Paddle in Como Lakeside Pavilion offers a high quality restaurant experience with great atmosphere, a mix of modern and rustic with firehouse vibes. The menu is not expansive, but what they do make is great. The food and drink and service is fantastic, with friendly staff. The amazing sweet chili wings are absolutely superb. The recommended French toast sandwich is a 5 star, and the coffee is pretty good as well. They made a white hot chocolate even though it wasn't on the menu, and it turned out pretty good. The service is fantastic, with staff who will make ranch dressing from scratch when they are out. However, the Friday fish fry was a bit disappointing, with one pretty small OK filet, and a clogged mustard dispenser that sprayed. Taps were not working, and the patio overlooking the lake had not been opened for the season. The ambiance is on point, and it is a community pillar for any and all restaurant and event needs.
