“A small place, short staffed because cleaning is clearly not a priority. My food could have been a tad hotter but the carnitas was tender. The price for a burrito bowl starts at $9.95 but be careful, they tack on extra charges for things like queso and guacamole. So suddenly you $9.95 bowl is $13. I think $2.95 for a bottle of water is a ridiculous mark up.“

“Really solid quick service Greek food, especially when you consider that it came from a mall food court! Enjoyed the gyro pita with the flavorful meat and the Spanakopita which was nice a crispy with the phyllo dough. There was only one person working when I was there so things were moving a little slowly but they were trying their best.“

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this place! You cannot go wrong with them.“

“Stopped here after dropping someone off at the airport for breakfast. It is inside an office building, but quite a lot of space including shuffleboard and foosball games. We had the vegan breakfast burrito and vegan breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was ok, but the burrito was better. Service was fast. Vegan options were clearly marked on their menu. Would stop by here again.“

“We were staying at the Doubletree by Hilton near the airport and Mall of America and we went to the hotel bar and SHAWN was the bartender. He was covering the entire bar and the entire restaurant and was also getting room service orders that he had to handle all by himself. Apparently, they were short staffed. He was so polite to everybody and did a great job keeping up on people‘s drinks and food orders and that guy deserves a raise! Our food was very good and so were the drinks.“
