Made another visit before flying out and it was better than the first time. The roll...that bread was on point. I even remembered to take a photo before I took a bite. Located on the 3rd level across from Shake Shack. Give 'em a try.
First time here. The place is a stand alone type food booth on the third floor. I tried Connecticut roll with melted butter. The portion size was super small. It's a little cheaper than Rebel Lobster food truck. Minnesota is a land locked state, so I assume this was frozen lobster meat. The roll was very buttery and good. I wasn't blown away, as I was in Boston. Price $20.95 plus tax, so $22 and change. It will do until I return to Boston again or go to Maine.

The amount of lobster per roll is comparable to other places in the area. The lobster was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Is it expensive? Of course but you’re at the mall of america getting lobster. It is equally as expensive as any other lobster places in Minnesota.
