Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. “Walked in thinking I’d just grab a quick soup and somehow ended up sitting there for an hour questioning my life choices over a bread bowl.

Ordered one thing… somehow left with soup, sandwich, drink, pastry, and zero self control. The bread bowl was so good I started treating it like a main character instead of a side. Pretty sure I made eye contact with it before eating it.

Staff was chill, place was clean, and everything came out fast. Honestly feels like Panera is less of a restaurant and more of a “you’re about to spend more than you planned but it’s worth it” experience.
