From the constantly fresh ingredients, the unique-add called “Mikes Way”, the professional and kind staff, to the clean environment and even awesome wrapping. Best sub experience I’ve ever had in the Midwest. I walked in here late one night after a long day and you wouldn’t be able to tell at all because the team here and the quality made this experience so much more than what other fast food places could ever deliver. “My wife recently had a baby. Her first meal that she wanted after pregnancy? Jersey Mike's. She had missed the cold subs (Mike's Way, of course). I'm more of a cheese steak guy, but all options are delicious. And the service is almost always better than similar fast food/fast casual options. This location always delivers on food and service.“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“
“They go above and beyond here, I went and purchase a Starbucks gift card for one of the gals working that day, that went above and beyond to ensure my food stayed fresh when I had an issue with Uber Eats Take-out (a few weeks ago, just getting the time now to make my review) while ordering and directed to the wrong location by Uber twice, after calling and speaking with someone at this location they insisted they put my food in the cooler and even remade my sandwich that sat for a while (which I never would ask for, but they did on their own). Now that’s exceptional service in my book!“
“I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“
