“10/10 would recommend! I had seen this place all over my social media, and I had to give it a try. The sandwich was made to order, so it was hot and fresh when I got it. My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is customizable, so you can remove meat options if you choose. Some sandwiches come without meat, so there are options for you!

Parking: There's street parking, so if you don't find a spot right out front there is plenty on the cross street. Hope you don't mind a short walk.“

“We came here for breakfast and the service was prompt and friendly. I found gluten sensitive options including hash browns, eggs and fruit which were all good and served fresh. Husband got a breakfast burrito which he said was generous with the fillings including sausage egg and vegetables and was made fresh. This is a hidden gem near the fitness center of the Emery Hotel. Highly recommended!“

“Their subs are what I've been missing here as a Chicago transplant. LOVE the Lake Street Italian and Vegetable Sandwiches exactly as they are made. The Italian sub dressing is sooooo delicious. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Only criticism would be next time I think I will have them deliver because it is kind of a pain to park over there, and they weren't the friendliest when I placed my order over the phone and picked up. I have read that's typical though for this place. I don't care what their attitude is- I love the food enough that I will be back.“

“I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!“

“Okay let's be real it's a subway to taper your expectations lol BUT this is the best subway I personally have ever been to. FAR better than anything I've had on the East coast (where I'm from) in probably eight years. The staff was friendly and didn't skimp on the ingredients at all. Could be lucky timing but as of 1:30 on the Sunday we were there everything seemed very fresh. It's good to know there are still some Subways worth going to in this country :)“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “Very nice gentleman helped me make the BEST 6 inch meatball marinara. So fire. The man initiated small talk with me about the weather, and we chatted while he made my food. Genuinely all around great experience - someome who works in fast food and appreciates kind people“

“Girl made my subs how Subway made them long ago...2 full chicken breasts...visiting here from Texas where a FL only has 1 chicken breast chunks, always disappointing when I was always used to 2. In Texas a roast beef sandwich has a paper thin layer of beef that you can't even see when sub is cut. So disappointing. Here she put layers in that you can see. Hope this is norm here...also I was able to taste the bacon like I used to. In Texas they make sure the lid is high enough where you can't see them sneak only 2 strips of bacon in instead of 4 like they used to....also the ingredients were fresh and crunchy, in Texas everything has been sitting around too long because people just don't buy their subs like they used to, never a line anymore, whoever bought the chain is making a big mistake skimping at all the southern locations.“

“Great sandwich spot. I personally have only tried their sandwiches but they are great and the service is good too. The sandwiches come very quickly and the pickles are amazing! In my opinion, pickles are one of the most important parts of a sandwich (that might be just me haha) and they are GREAT! Love this sandwich spot, very much recommended!“
