Aaron was so helpful and attentive, I noticed how great he was with co-workers too, training a new employee, giving constructive feedback, all while handling a rush of customers... he was an all-star! Only criticism would be next time I think I will have them deliver because it is kind of a pain to park over there, and they weren't the friendliest when I placed my order over the phone and picked up. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. “Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction.
