“I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! Thank you for making me feel so welcome when I come in at the last minute. I left very happy!“

“Stopped into this location with an online order promotion for footlongs for $6.99, the food was great fresh and fast was ready when i arrived and the cashier was busy but didn't make me wait, he grabbed my sandwich while he was taking another customer order at the register loved that accommodation great job!!!!!

“10/10 would recommend! I had seen this place all over my social media, and I had to give it a try. The sandwich was made to order, so it was hot and fresh when I got it. My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

“First time here. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and you could tell he knew the menu well. The two gentlemen who made our food were friendly. When you're in a smaller restaurant, I don't really want to hear the employees conversations - this wasn't an issue, everyone was respectful! “Their subs are what I've been missing here as a Chicago transplant. LOVE the Lake Street Italian and Vegetable Sandwiches exactly as they are made. The Italian sub dressing is sooooo delicious. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Only criticism would be next time I think I will have them deliver because it is kind of a pain to park over there, and they weren't the friendliest when I placed my order over the phone and picked up. I have read that's typical though for this place. I don't care what their attitude is- I love the food enough that I will be back.“

“I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. “Always love Quiznos and it's sad to know they're having problems and closing stores. Do wish they'd bring back their lemonade and have more beverages in general (get the Coke FreeStyle machine, for example). Also, the app doesn't allow users to add more sauces to the sandwiches. I got the Chicken Carbonara, but wanted 2x the sauce. No way to do it in app.“

“I was warmly welcomed when I came in. Little things like that really mean a lot.

There was a bit of a line - but they were moving fast. The person working the meat section was able to recommend a sub based on some basic questions I had.

Bread got sliced, and fitted with toppings really fast. It was even faster than places that have pre cut meats. Moving onto the next section you can get it "Mike's way" which I did. You get onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. I highly recommend you get this on your sub.

It was also gluten free so I could share it with my wife and it was plenty for the two of us. Location is a bit hidden back in just west of Vicksburg Ln. Parking can get tight around lunch. For overflow use the Lowes parking lot.“

“I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!“

“My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
