“I placed an order for food at 10:30am and it didn't arrive until 11:15am. To be honest, I was a little hangry and upset that it was taking so long. To my pleasant surprise, the delivery driver who's name I do not know (let's just call him Jason) made the experience worth the wait. Jason apologized profusely for the order arriving late and gave me a good laugh. He was like, "I'm so sorry about the wait, it was ridiculous."
