“We've been regular customers at Ichido in Minnetonka because the food is consistently delicious and the quality has always kept us coming back. Unfortunately, during our visit today, we noticed that the portion sizes were significantly smaller than what we've received in the past.
The taste was still great, but it was disappointing to see such a noticeable reduction in the amount of food, especially since the prices haven't reflected that change. We hope this was just a one-time issue, because we've always enjoyed dining here and would love to continue supporting this restaurant.
We're sharing this feedback in the hope that management takes a look at the consistency of their portions. We truly enjoy the food and want to see Ichido continue to be one of our favorite spots.”

We were also so impressed by the **manager**, who personally stepped in to bring out our appetizers with such kindness and professionalism. If your tastes buds have graduated past American grade school cafeteria fare, then you might want to avoid what this chain puts out. Bonus points for the self service menu screens cuz no one is going to help you and for the one employee declaring to another how they have the solution to end taxes.”

My daughter of course enjoys the Miffy mascot. We will turn this into one of our main treat go to places for sure!”
