Waitress was not “happy” to serve in the restaurant area, and then definitely not willing to offer a pleasant conversation over the phone for an online/delivery order. I wish the employees would have been a little bit more customer friendly and then I could give a better rating.”

Juicy, massive, well seasoned, hot in regards to both temperature AND spice! I normally am bummed by spice levels but felt like these actually align. The kale slaw was perfect on the side to cool down the heat along with the sauce, pickles and bread. I actually ended up creating my own “Nashville chicken sandwich” with half my meal. One slide bread, Sauce, Kale slaw, 2-3 Pickles, Juicy Tender. So good, so filling, great price. $15 with tip. I’ll be back today😂❤️”

“My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!”

If your tastes buds have graduated past American grade school cafeteria fare, then you might want to avoid what this chain puts out. Bonus points for the self service menu screens cuz no one is going to help you and for the one employee declaring to another how they have the solution to end taxes.”

“Only reason for the 2 star for atmosphere..lawn crew was trimming bushes with chainsaws next to the patio. Someone should of told them to do it before the patio is open..was almost impossible to talk for at least a half hour. Wings are great!!!”

“cool place, great drinks - for matcha and coffee, the espresso was wonderful, drinks made a little slower but made RIGHT. Did not mind the wait at all. Not a place for in-and-out unless you need drip. I had a London Fog with alt milk and it was FABULOUS - no sugar, either. When you can get a coffee house dink right without adding sugar, then you kow it's actually good. Staff was attentive and professional/ Solid coffee shop. Get the photo booth fixed and you're a 10/5!”

“This Ridgedale location is my 'go-to' when visiting the mall. The guy waiting on me was so nice and friendly, and offered wonderful service. Typically, I have the Ham & Swiss croissant sandwich, which is delicious. But this time I tried the NEW Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, and was disappointed. I will still return, but will order my usual.”

Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. “This place has amazing, hard working employees! On Tues, for the free T Mobile pretzel deal, we went there, got your free pretzel, got a sauce each and a beverage too! Then I went back after we ate, complimented the employee and tipped! I looovvee their pretzels so much! Make sure you download the app to earn rewards and specials on your birthday! I didn't take too many photos, because I don't like getting people in the pictures, but enjoy what I did share!”
