Easy to make reservations, seated at once. Impressive service. After not making contact with wait staff for 15 minutes, we inquired who our server was. Manager responded to our wait exactly the way a hospitality professional should: immediate apology, immediate service and a free appetizer. ( Filet was impeccable, New York strip good, special request handled expertly. Artichoke dip and creme brulee excellent. Butter made in house? But best of all, the food came out HOT. We started with the lobster artichoke dip with grilled bread. Very good!! My husband had the French onion soup and wedge salad. I had the chicken Parmesan with alfredo pasta. Big portions on all the food and very flavorful!! The menu has a lot of great options! Friendly staff. A bit loud when it was crowded, but at the end of the night it started to quiet down. We will be back for sure!!

We always enjoy going to Jimmy's. Usually we come for happy hour but came at the end and service was not up to usual. I've ordered the wedge salad before and felt it lacked in appearance and quantity. I also had jimmy's soup and it was cold. We had more than one server and our main server didn't check back as dishes piled. Disappointed Sunday night.
