Staff is great. Just disappointed in their product. XL crafted press, by the time I drove 2 miles home 1/4 of it disappeared. I'd be disappointed if a beer had a head like that and it's half the price.
This location has SOME very attentive and respectful staff and I have had good experiences here HOWEVER typically only when I order food and go through the drive thru. Some staff did admit that management does not train them appropriately and a lot of times don’t even teach them ingredients for new drinks. This feels a lot more like a management issue then a staff issue, as when asked to correct an issue the staff was very apologetic and made a new drink with lightning speed...read full review
