Beyond wonderful food!
BUT…Interactions with employees are not great. Waitress was not “happy” to serve in the restaurant area, and then definitely not willing to offer a pleasant conversation over the phone for an online/delivery order. I wish the employees would have been a little bit more customer friendly and then I could give a better rating.

Crossroads Delicatessen offers great food and service in a friendly atmosphere. They serve a delicious open-faced Reuben with sweet potato fries, a generous matzo ball soup, a huge and tasty Reuben, and a very good fried chicken. The Wild Rice Chicken Casserole is perfect for a cold day. Their deli and bakery also impress with NYC authentic Black & White Cookies and delicious rugelach.
Customers praise the excellent service and top-notch food, including pastrami, corned beef, hummus, shakshuka, hash browns, and cookies. The neighborhood gem offers a taste of authentic deli flavors, with visitors enjoying the pickled beets, breasted chicken and ribs, borscht, cabbage rolls, and couscous salad. The Matzo ball soup, tomato soup, and Kevin's combo sandwich are also exceptional. Customers can even buy the pastrami at the deli to DIY their perfect sandwich at home.
