“Food, atmosphere, and drinks were all fantastic. The Owner/Chef Joel has created something special at this gem nestled in a Minneapolis neighborhood. We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. Can’t wait to bring my wife and other family members in the Twin Cities to do it again.“

“Went to Yard House with a big group and it's basically the perfect spot for that — huge menu, huge beer list, something for everyone. I tried one of the local drafts I'd never seen before, and my friend got the giant nachos during happy hour which were loaded and honestly a great deal. We also split a pizza and some street tacos, both solid. It's loud and lively, more sports bar energy than intimate dinner, so heads up if you want a quiet conversation. Service kept up well even with our big table. Great choice for a casual group hangout with drinks.“

“It's Taco Tuesday and I was craving Mexican food, but I didn't just wanna go to the type of place you think of when "Mexican" is brought up... I'm fancy, so I wanted something a bit more upscale. I did a little bit of research and wouldn't you know it... Colita came up. So here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set south of downtown and a bit west of The Mall of America on Penn Avenue is this gem. There is no private parking lot, but plenty of street parking to leave your fly ride. But once you walk up to the restaurant you can immediately understand the message they're trying to send. Everything looks so modern, straightforward with straight lines, grey colors and light woods. There is a small outdoor section where you can dine if you get lucky enough to land a spot there. Inside carries a very similar style with a little nod to the pueblos and architecture of the southwest. The decor is minimalistic and the "loudest" thing in the room is the live plant wall seated directly behind the bar, which was super cool. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but we had no issues whatsoever. Food/Drink: I was able to try so many different dishes and drinks here and the list is below... 🍹: Xochitl In Love 🍸: La Clandestina 🐟: Tuna Tostada 🌮: Chicken Tinga Tostada 🦪: Seared Scallops 🫓: Tlayuda 🥃: Colita Old Fashioned 🥩: Lamb Barbacoa Tacos 🫔: Duck Tamal However, my favorite things were the Lamb Barbacoa Tacos, Duck Tamal and Seared Scallops, in that order. The food here is phenomenal, the drinks are excellently crafted and things are served tapas style so you don't get too full off of just one thing! Order a whole bunch of stuff and share with the table! Value: As I mentioned earlier, I wanted upscale and the priced dddooo reflect that. Lol. This is a nice place so be prepared to spend... Like you're downtown somewhere. In conclusion, I loved this place and I will come back over and over. Check this place out the next time you're in the area!“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. “Ryan was the absolute best server that I have encountered in my life! I have an anaphylaxis food allergy. He was so on top of making sure that whatever I ordered wasn't going to be an issue. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. “Ive worked in multiple kitchens over the course of 8+ years and the short rib here was easily one of the best meals I have ever eaten! Wish I had taken a pic but it was quickly, and throughly, devoured! My husband had the pesto pasta which was also divine, light and lemony, perfect springy pasta dish. Our server Hannah was a delight! I dont often leave reviews but was compelled after having such a lovely dinner. I will be raving about that soy honey glazed short rib for months and hopefully will be back for more soon.“

“We had the best experience ever at the Red Cow. It started with the hostess telling us she would take care of us even though we didn't have a reservation. Making eye contact with a genuine smile. Rare. Delicious food, excellent, attentive wait staff and the chef even made an appearance in the dining room. Did a quick walk through smiling at his customers as he went through. “Food was very good. My mom got the shrimp lemon and chicken pasta which was FANTASTIC 10/10 on that. My dad got the pot roast stroganoff which was also fantastic another 10/10. I got the prime rib French dip which the sandwich was fantastic, however the au jus was very bland which was disappointing. The tater tots were awesome. Would definitely eat here again!!“

“I love the interior design, service, and food here. I also appreciate the interesting menu selections, which offer more variety than other spots in St Louis Park. This is a great place for a date, a girls' brunch, or even a corporate meeting. My mom use to order the duck sandwich, which unfortunately is not on the menu anymore. She tried the Kimchi bowl instead and enjoyed it. My favorite is the chicken Mediterranean wrap—the chicken is such great quality, and they're really generous with the portion size! I also recommend the ratatouille, chicken wings, chicken apple sandwich, fresh espresso martini, and hummus platter.“

They have a great combination of indoor and out door seating. It’s also located on the Main Street in excelsior with lots of local shops, the lake, and the commons park all within walking distance. The regional bike trail runs right by there as well making it a great destination or place for a quick stop.“

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this place! You cannot go wrong with them.“

“I went here for breakfast thinking I could order off a menu, but learned it was a buffet option that might not have offered me food choices in line with our dietary restrictions. I was dining with a long-time friend and we had both travelled far to meet up. Rachel on staff saw my consternation when we submitted to eating the buffet a d graciously offered various alternative solutions in an aim to accommodate us. Besides that, she showed empathy and care at an extraordinary level which made this experience something even more special than it already was intended to be given it was a small reunion. I am a loyal Marriott customer so I appreciate this level of service given the circumstances. Thank you for providing a wonderful atmosphere for the breakfast we were consequently able to eat here.“

“Well, let's see. I thought it was going to be like a sit-down, relax restaurant. Take your time. Might take a little while for your food to come out. Our server, Ashley, was nice. Quick to come take our order, quick to offer a refill when the beverage ran out. Our meals came out so quickly, though. It felt like not even 20 minutes went by after we placed the order and BAM meals arrive. They must've read my order incorrectly. I said no bleu cheese and it came out with bleu cheese. They brought it back and then like 20 minutes later, brought me a new plate. It looked like they just scraped the side dishes from the original plate to the new plate. They were cold where the extra butter I ordered didn't even melt. The waffle fries on my wife's plate, in my opinion, were cold or old. Wife said they were fine. Service was great! Ashley provided a little discount since they messed up my order. Food on the other hand, felt more like a quick service restaurant versus a sit-down, relax restaurant. No offers for dessert. I didn't even see a dessert menu or on the main menu. This really wasn't the best experience, but not the worst experience. I only recommend Clive's because Ashley was so quick and friendly. For the rest, no I would NOT recommend Clive's.“

The food was delicious and came out pipping hot; we made it in time for happy hour with their new menu and had a bunch of fun stuff to choose from. The drinks were great too and mine came with a cute little golf club toothpick! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and the bartender came out to make sure I like my drink.
