“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

“I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“

“This was my first experience in a restaurant such as Tenant. They were kind, attentive, and offered alternatives for any drinks they had. I didn’t realize the flowers for the first course were bean flowers and edible, and the chef was nice about it and informed me of this. The courses came out and the staff were kind and informative. The food is something I never tasted before and took me on a culinary journey I never had before. I didn’t realize food could taste so good and be cooked so well. It’s the next day and I’m still thinking about it. Thank you chef for being kind and cooking great food. I’ll definitely be back again.“

“It's Taco Tuesday and I was craving Mexican food, but I didn't just wanna go to the type of place you think of when "Mexican" is brought up... I'm fancy, so I wanted something a bit more upscale. I did a little bit of research and wouldn't you know it... Colita came up. So here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set south of downtown and a bit west of The Mall of America on Penn Avenue is this gem. There is no private parking lot, but plenty of street parking to leave your fly ride. But once you walk up to the restaurant you can immediately understand the message they're trying to send. Everything looks so modern, straightforward with straight lines, grey colors and light woods. There is a small outdoor section where you can dine if you get lucky enough to land a spot there. Inside carries a very similar style with a little nod to the pueblos and architecture of the southwest. The decor is minimalistic and the "loudest" thing in the room is the live plant wall seated directly behind the bar, which was super cool. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but we had no issues whatsoever. Food/Drink: I was able to try so many different dishes and drinks here and the list is below... 🍹: Xochitl In Love 🍸: La Clandestina 🐟: Tuna Tostada 🌮: Chicken Tinga Tostada 🦪: Seared Scallops 🫓: Tlayuda 🥃: Colita Old Fashioned 🥩: Lamb Barbacoa Tacos 🫔: Duck Tamal However, my favorite things were the Lamb Barbacoa Tacos, Duck Tamal and Seared Scallops, in that order. The food here is phenomenal, the drinks are excellently crafted and things are served tapas style so you don't get too full off of just one thing! Order a whole bunch of stuff and share with the table! Value: As I mentioned earlier, I wanted upscale and the priced dddooo reflect that. Lol. This is a nice place so be prepared to spend... Like you're downtown somewhere. In conclusion, I loved this place and I will come back over and over. Check this place out the next time you're in the area!“

“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! “We had a fabulous dinner with another couple. Food was great, table was great, service was very good. Disappointed that no staff told us that 26% charges were automatically included. My fault for not inspecting the itemized bill closer i would have expected staff to share that a 21% gratuity was already included (not to mention an additional “administrative “ fee was also included) before I added an additional 20% gratuity.“

We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. Can’t wait to bring my wife and other family members in the Twin Cities to do it again.“

“My friends and I all LOVED this place!! We definitely splurged a little but it was definitely worth it. My coco passion drink was sooooo good (yellow drink in picture) and don’t get me started on the Brussels sprouts appetizer… SO INCREDIBLY SCRUMPTIOUS. We could not get enough of them. They were a crowd favorite and half off during happy hour :) The mushroom pizza was very tasty as well. We had a wonderful time sitting outside in their well-maintained and plant-filled seating area. I really enjoyed this place and I would love to return :) I recommend giving it a try!“

“While staying at the Marquette Hotel, we ordered a quick meal for pickup, and everything was delicious.

For starters, I showed up probably 10 minutes early for my pickup time, and they were ready. Definitely seems like their kitchen operates quickly!

We got the Ghost Pepper rubbed chicken wings and the Bibimbap bowl. I'm always skeptical that something advertising ghost pepper will only be a little spicy, and it's just an advertising gimmick. But these wings packed a really nice kick. The bibimbap was a nice combination of balanced flavors as well, for a really satisfying meal.

after their location closed in uptown I was missing it so I took my girlfriend to this location and they knocked it out of the park. it was the food and service I adored about red cow in the first place. we were served quickly and the waitress was so adorable, she even packaged my to-go for me and put the date on it. we left a decent tip and she must have thanked us 100 times but it was really our pleasure to have such a good date night. Will be going back!“

“My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“

“I ate at Milton's VVB tonight with my husband. The food was amazing, but the service was even better! The waitress was honestly the best waitress I've ever had! So friendly and funny! “We played 18 and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly but after $50, we played for only 40 minutes and ran into some technology issues. I feel the cost was too high but we enjoyed trying something new. If we were to go again, we would play unlimited because you can't replay ones that you didn't understand how they worked in the first place but a lot of creative holes. The three courses aren't too difficult or even different from each other actually. The technology is cool and if there is an issue, the staff was helpful. I don't recommend having a purse on you if you're able. The bathrooms were clean and the entire space is very air conditioned. The bartender was very sweet and helpful.“

“We were looking for a place for an anniversary brunch, and found this. Great patio seating, view of the lake (we’re going for a walk around the lake when we finish), fantastic food. We split a dish and it was plenty. And they do a refill on drip coffee.

We are 100% satisfied and will return!“
