Spoon and Stable Reviews

This beautifully restored horse stable turned restaurant offers a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a remarkable evening. The menu, curated by Chef Gavin Kaysen, is a testament to his expertise and commitment to showcasing the best of Midwest ingredients with a French twist. Great spot with some really great dishes.Grab a spot close the open kitchen. In always enjoy watching the staff cook and work the pass.Every dish I has was great and unique in its own way.The scallop crudo was a dish I’ve never had the scallops where sweet, and shaved flavored ice on top was so much more than a typical crudo dish. The halibut was great. Som many flavors and textures, but still being true to the fish.Dessert was a total nom nom.
