Spoon and Stable offers an impeccable dining experience with delightful cocktails and stellar food. Dishes like bison tartare, snap pea salad, torchietti pasta, artic char, pork chop, rib eye, and Alaskan halibut were cooked to perfection. Desserts like Chocolate Budino and honey & cream cake were yum. The Octopus appetizer was mind-blowing. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the chef's counter dining experience was great. The only downside was the limited wine selection.
