“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well“

“We had a fantastic date night at Joan’s! Highly recommend! The food was incredible. Perfect pacing, portions, wine pairings, and the flavors have you closing your eyes to experience each bite. Every time I have ordered something different, very unlike me as I marry with a certain dish in each restaurant, but here I’ve risk to try something new every time and haven’t regret it! Bar food is telling me: "You should just eat in the restaurant, you fool!" Not at all bad, not at all great.“

“Showed up at 5:15. I told everyone about my reservations…except you! I made it for the wrong day! The hostess/manager took it in stride and set up an extra table and our service was wonderful. All four of us totally finished our meals and that says a lot for the food quality.

“In a world of impersonal, screen based ordering and communication, our service from Brenda at Ike’s at MSP was like a breath of fresh air. She was prompt, courteous, engaged in relevant conversation, not scripted, and an absolute delight to talk with. The food was also a welcome departure from the reheated meal often found at other airport concessions. A little out of the way, Ike’s provided a temporary moment of authentic existence where we were treated and fed like fellow human beings.“

“The drinks were poured strong and the burger had amazing flavor. However, the bartender was overwhelmed and you could tell the kitchen was running short staffed. When I placed my ordered for my burger I requested no onion and no garlic aioli. I watched the new waitress write that specifically. My burger came out with onions on it, no biggie I just took them off. I got half way through my burger and took a bite and there was special sauce on it. I spit it out, began gagging and it took everything in my power to not throw up all over. The new waitress came up and asked if I was okay. I begged her to take my plate away, and she got me a new water. My appetite was ruined. We were pushing time for our concert shuttle so we quickly paid our bill and left without complaint but we were surprised my meal wasn’t comped. I was super bummed I couldn’t finish the burger as it was SO good!! Attention to detail is important and I’m just glad I wasn’t allergic to something in the sauce!“
