“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“What a night - somehow even after the wild loss this Sunday our group had a blast! Food was great - service was impeccable and the view was extremely enjoyable. After all of that I would have been a repeat customer but it gets even better …. I was in a hurry to beat traffic and I left my vest Sunday evening. They are closed on Monday …. I reached out via Facebook and they returned my vest with my truck keys - which is already a huge win - but they showed up during closed hours for me on Monday to make it happen- next level stuff I’m still blown away that they went this far above and beyond … can’t wait for my next trip to the cities for zambonis !! Thanks again to your team for the service and just kindness you don’t get everywhere anymore. Go wild !“

“Love there food! Most definitely will have to recommend higher then highest! I like the honey but it is your choice so, the price is reasonable not a eat in place but it is fast like a bk or something similar, can call ahead for large orders or catering for your wedding party! “My 1st time in there today for the buffet, also 1st people in. Asked to view the buffet...no problem. I immediately knew it was what I was looking for! It had been so long! My son was enjoying the food too. His 1st time as well. I give it a 4 stars +. a bit disappointed there was no egg foo yong? Because I liked it so well I will be going back, and I'd even go alone! waitress was great, prompt with refills or extras..napkins etc...very kind. “I ordered the beef ribs and pork ribs with their 5 cheese baked Mac and cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!! The pork ribs were a bit salty but if you eat it with the BBQ sauce they provide it's amazing I got them with the side Mac and the Mac was soooo good! You can tell there are 5 different cheeses and it wasn't dry! The pork ribs came with about 4 ribs and a few ends. The beef ribs are pretty big and came with 2 and an extra end. Next time I order I will definitely be getting just the beef ribs in my opinion they were better they had a bit of spice to them and weren't too salty! Baked Mac and cheese 9/10 just wish it came with a little more. Pork ribs 6/10 they were too salty but decent. Beef ribs 9/10 perfectly seasoned just wanted a little more moisture.“

She provided amazing customer service, and even after the fact when I lost my receipt, she went above and beyond to help me get a new one. She provided the customer service that you don’t always see these days and I am truly appreciative.“

“I got delivery from here and ordered the veggie burger, cheese curds, and sweet potato fries.

The burger was honestly way better than expected given some other reviews I’ve seen.

My only real complaint was that, in the grubhub app, there were no lists of ingredients for each menu item, or any information on what each item came with. My burger appears to have come with fries and I didn’t even know. I’m hoping their ingredients and options are listed better when you physically go in.

Definitely looking forward to eating here again!“
