“I stopped at this location to grab pizzas late in the evening for my family for a late dinner. The staff working were very nice. It did not take long for 5 pizzas and two orders of crazy bread, about 20 minutes. Since I was alone the guy working helped me bring out pizzas which was very nice. I did appreciate that instead of making two trips.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“What a night - somehow even after the wild loss this Sunday our group had a blast! Food was great - service was impeccable and the view was extremely enjoyable. After all of that I would have been a repeat customer but it gets even better …. I was in a hurry to beat traffic and I left my vest Sunday evening. They are closed on Monday …. I reached out via Facebook and they returned my vest with my truck keys - which is already a huge win - but they showed up during closed hours for me on Monday to make it happen- next level stuff I’m still blown away that they went this far above and beyond … can’t wait for my next trip to the cities for zambonis !! “Ordered pizza for my sons 3rd birthday. Arrived early and they were very nice, everything we needed was given to me. Pizza was great. Ordered a Caesar salad and it came with olive and tomatoes. I’m not complaining because I like both but just curious if this is the norm. Never have been given a Caesar salad with tomatoes and black olives. Over all would def order from them again. Staff was wonderful. Food was equally wonderful.“

“I placed a pickup order and, after getting home, realized my usual Traditional Hot wings didn’t taste quite right. I tried to overlook it, but I just wasn’t a fan, so I called.

Damien took care of me right away and told me to come back in and that he’d handle it. He not only replaced my order, but offered desert and whatever else he could to ensure things were right!

“If you're coming to the Hmong Market there's a lot of places to go eat and drink. If you're hankering for the real deal you have to come to Rose's Kitchen. There are a few options for you if you don't eat meat but we got a Thai iced tea and some sweets and they were great. The place is nice to come and sit down to have a quick meal or a refreshing drink!

Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options but it's best if you at least eat fish. Most drinks will be either vegetarian or even vegan.“
