I ordered an Aperol Spritz. I watched the bartender make it...Aperol gin and soda. I questioned it, asking about the gin and no Prosecco. She said she put Prosecco in it, but she clearly did not. My sister and I came here before the Olivia Rodrigo show at Xcel, and we had a great experience. Our server, Alexa, was incredibly nice and gave us great mocktail recommendations. When the bar was out of an ingredient for the one we ordered, the bartender, John, went out of his way to create a new recipe for us. It ended up being one of the best mocktails we've ever had. I was at the park on Thanksgiving Day with the 3rd pup I am raising (to become a service dog) for national Canine Companions for Independence. The first 2 pups I raised have been matched with their person.
