In a world of impersonal, screen based ordering and communication, our service from Brenda at Ike’s at MSP was like a breath of fresh air. She was prompt, courteous, engaged in relevant conversation, not scripted, and an absolute delight to talk with. The breakfast here is excellent! Have had the breakfast sandwich multiple times and the breakfast tacos as well. Service is fast and they make sure you can get to your flight right away including to go food. Not your standard airport breakfast!
Amy took exceptionally good care of us! Superlative service together with exceptional food made for the beginning of our travel day an enjoyable start to what sometimes can be arduous @ best. Only suggestion if I may ….. the chicken sandwich with the chicken breast (in my humble opinion) should be revised to a chicken thigh as the breast was difficult to “bit” through thereby reducing the pleasure of the sandwich and the overall experience!
