Had a good vegan breakfast sandwich which is hard to find! (JUST Egg™ folded egg patty, roasted tomatoes, vegan pesto cream cheese spread and vegan smoked provolone on a folded flatbread). Cost $7.25 which was less than most other vegan options in the airport. They also have almond and oat milk available and I saw a overnight oats with non-dairy milk menu option.

There's a guy named Natu (sp?) that works in this store, usually in the afternoon. Great coffee as usual. Every time I go through MSP I look for the GF breakfast sandwich and this time they had it! (Read: sometimes they run out for the day) it was actually pretty great - just tasted like a breakfast sandwich, which is truly exciting because finding GF breakfast on the go can be tough!
