Great coffee as usual. Every time I go through MSP I look for the GF breakfast sandwich and this time they had it! (Read: sometimes they run out for the day) it was actually pretty great - just tasted like a breakfast sandwich, which is truly exciting because finding GF breakfast on the go can be tough! It’s worth a try :)Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milk options are always available. Gluten free breakfast sandwiches are great but not always available depending on the crowds they have that day.

Do NOT ORDER A BAGEL FROM HERE. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I received a piping hot uncut microwaved bagel with a plastic knife and some cream cheese on the side. It was so hot my hands were getting burned. I used the paper to hold it while I cut the bagel. The knife may as well been made of butter. It literally bent. I asked the guy behind the counter if he had a better knife, he rose his hands in the air and said “we are not allowed to cut anything!” Why do yall sell bagels if you cannot cut them? And dont tell me something is toasted if it’s microwaved. Worst bagel experience of my life. All the seasoning came off bc I had to saw the bagel with two flimsy knives. I do NOT recommend a visit here. By the time the bagel cools down it is as HARD AS A ROCK! My God was this AWFUL!

Had a good vegan breakfast sandwich which is hard to find! (JUST Egg™ folded egg patty, roasted tomatoes, vegan pesto cream cheese spread and vegan smoked provolone on a folded flatbread). Cost $7.25 which was less than most other vegan options in the airport. They also have almond and oat milk available and I saw a overnight oats with non-dairy milk menu option.

From Aja Eley, visiting from ATL.This review is for the store next to the South checkpoint and across from the Duty Free store.This is my 2nd time being at MSP for work. There's a guy named Natu (sp?) that works in this store, usually in the afternoon. These 2 trips represent my longest time away from home as an adult (which is uncomfortable sometimes)and Natu's friendly, welcoming demeanor and effortless chitchat was a welcome part of my day, almost every day for 2 months. All of the staff are friendly and very professional- but I connected with Natu the most. The coffee was great, the bagels are always fresh, and I think caribou has the best Biscotti ever.....but it was the people that made me want to come back....even the manager- watching her treat the employees like humans, with feelings, where other managers are bossy and disrespectful, was a welcome sight. Keep up the good work, I wish you all the best and hope to come back in the future!
They would not swap out a $7+ coffee the customer found objectionable. Poor customer service at the airport location.Their PSL tastes of weird chemicals.

Caribou went down the hill. It used to be a nice regional chain with good coffee and nice touches like cocoa beans on top of the cups. It is just another chain right now except that it is much worse on consistency than Starbucks.
