Wish I could give it more stars but I feel like I'm being kind by 3. Service was terrible. Just didn't seem like they could be bothered. My ramen tasted good but was meager for $18.50. There was maybe and I mean maybe a cup of broth in it. $4.95 for club soda from the gun and no refill. Wow. I fly to Minneapolis a lot. This could have been my spot. Oh well
If you have craving for Japanese food while at MSP, this place could be your stop to get a quick fix. Service is fast. Tried the ramen, tonkotsu and shoyu, which were quite tasty. The broth was good and noodles were acceptable. Only improvement here would be if it came out hotter (I want to see it seaming). Sushi = fine. Apps = acceptable. A little spendier than the average fast food places in the airport, but on a cold day when all I want is a warm, nicer meal before a flight this is my favorite stop. The ramen is always filling and I've enjoyed all the sides I've tried (some of the smaller sushi rolls and seaweed salad). For the ramen, seaweed salad, and tip, it was $35 total, which I didn't think was horrible for a sit down meal in the airport.
