Sign in and sit near the door. Do not knock. Someone will call your name when staff is available. Staff was timely and efficient. The whole experience was quite pain free. The officer taking interview was very nice. There were some construction/fan noises on the background that was making it hard for us to hear him but overall, the interview went great.The slot for interview is very hard to find so I highly recommend using third party trackers to get higher chance of finding an interview slot quickly. For reference, we got interview in two weeks once we filed the application.
