I had great experiences with friendly officers and professional curtesy. I think they should have more signs for direction purposes. I asked a few people that work there and most didn't know where the office located.
Scheduled my Global Entry renewal interview here at the MSP airport. Officer was able to take me a few minutes early. Same questions as first time, convictions, international travels, etc. They take a picture, scan your fingerprints. Got my confirmation email later the same day.
The hardest part was actually getting an appointment, but the actual visit went very smoothly and only took about 10 minutes to get fingerprinted and have them walk through how the program works. Right by baggage claim 11.
