A little spendier than the average fast food places in the airport, but on a cold day when all I want is a warm, nicer meal before a flight this is my favorite stop. The ramen is always filling and I've enjoyed all the sides I've tried (some of the smaller sushi rolls and seaweed salad). For the ramen, seaweed salad, and tip, it was $35 total, which I didn't think was horrible for a sit down meal in the airport. You order and pay on your phone, super easy to add on to your tab throughout your meal.

Wish I could give it more stars but I feel like I'm being kind by 3. Service was terrible. Just didn't seem like they could be bothered. My ramen tasted good but was meager for $18.50. There was maybe and I mean maybe a cup of broth in it. $4.95 for club soda from the gun and no refill. Wow. I fly to Minneapolis a lot. This could have been my spot. Oh well

Don't know why i always end up here but the food is solid and it's rarely crowded. One of the best places in an airport.

The kid working the bar in the black turtleneck is a disastrous example of customer service. His attitude is horrible, he is rude, condescending, and completely incapable of providing any kind of customer service. F-.

Was a little sus that there was no Asian folks work here but glad I gave it a try. Kara Age Ramen was pretty yummy, staffs were nice too.

If you have craving for Japanese food while at MSP, this place could be your stop to get a quick fix. Service is fast. Tried the ramen, tonkotsu and shoyu, which were quite tasty. The broth was good and noodles were acceptable. Only improvement here would be if it came out hotter (I want to see it seaming). Sushi = fine. Apps = acceptable. Price = airport dollars, quite overpriced. Was not impressed with their actual serving dishes, as some of the ceramics were chipped. More attention to detail required here to ensure customers and staff don't get hurt.

I had 3-4 hours layover in Minneapolis and it's dinner time! As I search around, my fiancée texted me this restaurant. I was like why not. Noodles was my comfort food and it's good for cold time. It has few different ramens, sushi and such. I felt like lighter meals so I opt for mushrooms ramen. A very good choice. Tasty and satisfying. It has 2 different kind of mushrooms and green onions. I like Everything on it. Good portions too. I can't finish it. Now let's talk about service and restaurant itself. They do not have paper menu. You have to use QR code. Not only you have to look the menu there, you also have to order online AND pay it online. The server said well everything is online right? Though I guess nowadays people have smart phones not all have. Then they just won't be able to order here. The restaurant must think those only small percentage. Overall I'm satisfied. My only complaint is only the ordering process. If I ever lay over in this airport again, I won't mind to stop by here again.

Much better than the star rating would give it credit for. We stopped by and got dumplings, spring rolls, ramen and a sushi plate. All were very good. The ramen was good -- a bit salty - but flavorful and chock full of fresh ingredients include a soft boiled egg. The soup was hot too. The spring rolls were quite good too and definitely weren't just heated in the microwave. Service was quick and efficient. Overall a very good choice and much better than average airport food. Bonus: plugs at every seat to charge!

Stopped here for a quick layover one evening. As others have said, you have to order through a QR code and have minimal interaction with staff, yet on the app it requests that you leave a tip in advance. We ordered miso soup and a couple of sushi rolls. The food was decent. Miso soup is $3.29, yet if you add it to a sushi order it costs $5, not sure if that’s because they added the $2 tofu already? There are convenient charging ports everywhere.

Between gate G8 and G9. Good sushi. We ordered dragon roll and crunch yuzu roll. Both tasted good. Yuzu roll was on the larger side, I had to take two bites. Also got miso soup, good but a little salty. However I had to order with a QR code, and there was no servers to take care of us.Overall it’s an ok restaurant 3 star. Considering it’s in an airport, I’ll give 4 stars.

Orders are placed through the mobile phone scanner, which we attempted, but it was not working. Probaby wasted 20 min on that and the wait for someone to tell us to repeat the steps we attempted several times. She was a bit rude so not a pleasant experience but thankfully the food was acceptable for airport quality dining. I'd probably go to McDonald's next time to save time, money and the hassle...

Very tasty meal that was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Once I figured out how to use the online order system my meal was out very quickly. Great place to get a meal in the airport if you want to sit down between flights but don’t have a ton of time. Music was a little on the loud side in the area but overall the facility was clean and well kept by staff. I ordered with double chicken and they did not disappoint on the portion size. The only downside was the price for a single entree, but that is somewhat expected from an airport meal.

For airport food, not that bad. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and good sushi for an airport restaurant. I had a three hour layover that I needed to wait out and preferred a place where I could get some work done, charge my devices and get some dinner and this was great for it!Each table had and outlet for each person and simple scan and order system tied to each seat. This made it very convenient so you didn't have to lug your stuff around with food in had to find a place to sit. I was able to get my work in, charging in, and dinner! After ordering, my drink arrived only a couple minutes later, then shortly to follow the food I ordered. I got a?dirty martini,?miso soup, and a??dragon roll.Food was good for what I expected!I enjoyed dining here and would stop by again. The staff was all very friendly and loved the service.
