“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

Maybe we ate at weird time (4:30 pm) but the atmosphere is bright and spacey, almost feels empty. The bar area looked really nice.

“It's Taco Tuesday and I was craving Mexican food, but I didn't just wanna go to the type of place you think of when "Mexican" is brought up... I'm fancy, so I wanted something a bit more upscale. I did a little bit of research and wouldn't you know it... Colita came up. So here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set south of downtown and a bit west of The Mall of America on Penn Avenue is this gem. There is no private parking lot, but plenty of street parking to leave your fly ride. But once you walk up to the restaurant you can immediately understand the message they're trying to send. Everything looks so modern, straightforward with straight lines, grey colors and light woods. There is a small outdoor section where you can dine if you get lucky enough to land a spot there. Inside carries a very similar style with a little nod to the pueblos and architecture of the southwest. The decor is minimalistic and the "loudest" thing in the room is the live plant wall seated directly behind the bar, which was super cool. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but we had no issues whatsoever. Food/Drink: I was able to try so many different dishes and drinks here and the list is below... 🍹: Xochitl In Love 🍸: La Clandestina 🐟: Tuna Tostada 🌮: Chicken Tinga Tostada 🦪: Seared Scallops 🫓: Tlayuda 🥃: Colita Old Fashioned 🥩: Lamb Barbacoa Tacos 🫔: Duck Tamal However, my favorite things were the Lamb Barbacoa Tacos, Duck Tamal and Seared Scallops, in that order. The food here is phenomenal, the drinks are excellently crafted and things are served tapas style so you don't get too full off of just one thing! Order a whole bunch of stuff and share with the table! Value: As I mentioned earlier, I wanted upscale and the priced dddooo reflect that. Lol. This is a nice place so be prepared to spend... Like you're downtown somewhere. In conclusion, I loved this place and I will come back over and over. Check this place out the next time you're in the area!“

“This place blew me away. As a baker with celiac disease, I know how difficult it is to make gluten free goodies airy as a lot of the flours are so dense. But Atuvava nailed it! The bagels were satisfyingly chewy yet still airy, and the crust of the tart was so flaky and delicious. I will 100% be returning every time I visit the area! This is my new favorite gluten free bakery ever.“

“Every time I come here, it's the single most life-changing experience I've ever had. It's been like 15 years since I've been able to have an almond poppy seed muffin and their almond tort is the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in my life. Not only that, but their savory muffin is so mouth wateringly delicious that the taste just lingers in your mouth for hours. I was hooked from the first cinnamon spice muffin, and I stayed for everything in between. Thank you for making my trips to the cities that much better.

“I would like to recognize Tyrus at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota for going far above and beyond in helping my husband and me. We had parked in the airport parking lot and were struggling to get to the airport terminal with multiple bags. My husband is a disabled veteran with medical challenges, and the walk would have taken us quite a long time. Tyrus was actually on his lunch break when he noticed us struggling. Without hesitation, he came over and began helping us by pushing our suitcases closer to the terminal. Seeing that we were still having difficulty, he went even further and brought a vehicle to help us get there faster. Because of my husband’s chronic pain, getting into the vehicle was difficult, so Tyrus kindly drove me to the terminal, unloaded my luggage, and walked me inside to the check-in area. My husband decided to walk, and the next thing I knew Tyrus was pushing him along with his walker so we could make it to the terminal. Thanks to Tyrus’ kindness and willingness to help, we made our flights on time. The most amazing part is that we were not even Enterprise customers. We were simply two senior citizens trying to make it to our flight, and he chose to help us anyway. He refused any compensation and simply wanted to do the right thing. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly represent the very best in customer service. Please recognize him for his outstanding character and service. “Nice enough! Mall restaurants are like airport restaurants except you can carry a full bottle of shampoo and no one will tackle you.

I got the St. Paul cut prime rib and if that thing was 12oz I’m the Pope. It was easily 16oz or more. A woman across from me hopefully got the Minneapolis cut (18oz) because it was basically the size of a badger.

Great prime rib. Tender. Juicy. My medium rare was closer to rare. The lady with the badger cut got hers well done but nobody’s perfect. The horseradish sauce had very little horseradish in it. Bummer.

The mashed potatoes come with gravy. You don’t see that a lot and I was a big fan. Good gravy, too.

Very attentive service. Staff constantly coming by to refill water or clear plates.

If you have a large group they have rooms in back to accommodate you if you call ahead. Great for work dinners you don’t want to go to in the first place.

If you’re at the mall or nearby, go! If you’re not, you’ll drive past multiple comparable places to get here.“

If you're in it for beer, which is what I know best, it has a solid selection, but not the type of selection you could find elsewhere. However, liquor and wine selections are really great. Lots of great options, solid staff picks, samples and tastings all the time, and really a very nice atmosphere. Posting this spring 2026, and in the past 1-2 years they did some renovating to keep the place fresh and added a walk-in beer cooler for customers which is great! Deli is also very nice and if you're looking to be a little fancy you can find whatever you need for some high class cheese and crackers. Overall great spot thats definitely worth checking out.“
