“Yesterday my family celebrated my retirement with a family lunch at my favorite restaurant - Red Robin in Apple Valley. Most of the group had never been to a Red Robin but they are now big fans just like me. The food was exceptional, Heather (our server) was fantastic, and even though we were the only ones who knew it was a special occasion, we were treated to the highest level of customer service! Heather and everyone involved in our visit made my day. Thank you so much!“

“I would like to recognize Tyrus at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota for going far above and beyond in helping my husband and me. We had parked in the airport parking lot and were struggling to get to the airport terminal with multiple bags. My husband is a disabled veteran with medical challenges, and the walk would have taken us quite a long time. Tyrus was actually on his lunch break when he noticed us struggling. Without hesitation, he came over and began helping us by pushing our suitcases closer to the terminal. Seeing that we were still having difficulty, he went even further and brought a vehicle to help us get there faster. Because of my husband’s chronic pain, getting into the vehicle was difficult, so Tyrus kindly drove me to the terminal, unloaded my luggage, and walked me inside to the check-in area. My husband decided to walk, and the next thing I knew Tyrus was pushing him along with his walker so we could make it to the terminal. Thanks to Tyrus’ kindness and willingness to help, we made our flights on time. The most amazing part is that we were not even Enterprise customers. We were simply two senior citizens trying to make it to our flight, and he chose to help us anyway. He refused any compensation and simply wanted to do the right thing. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly represent the very best in customer service. Please recognize him for his outstanding character and service. “I absolutely love it. You can pick your ingredients and sauce. It comes in a compostable bowl which I really appreciate. My little girl wanted some Edamame and Mango only and they made her a tiny kids bowl to go. Awesome customer service!“

“archetype sign in Bloomington had the truck show up for lunch today, i was so busy i almost passed on lunch. went out for a short break that turned in to one of the most amazing lunches ive had in a long time.. playboy came with that fire today 10 out 10 all day... i live in farmtown so we're goin for dinner tonight.. them barbacoa beef tacos hit different when your at work.“

“My dinner order was wrong while seated with 12 of my business colleagues. Eventually the manager brought my order out and personally apologized and comp’d the meal . Dan Dan Noodles are delicious . That’s great customer service. I’ll be back to Crave @ MOA.“

“All I can say is YUM! We tried the protein bowls in the “Dinghy” size which was filling, tasty and nutritious. My toddler tried the Nauti-bowl and loved it, calling it “ice cream.” Everything tastes fresh and best of all, it’s guilt free. We’ll be opting to come here anytime we’re wanting a sweeter lunch, snack or sweet treat.“

“I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. “North Star Tavern absolutely crushed it for our group! We had our reservation double at the very last minute and they not only accommodated us, but were able to get us in earlier too. The host who helped coordinate everything was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I really wish I had gotten his name because he made the whole experience so easy. And Riley, our server, despite being a Packer fan 😉, was fantastic. She handled our large group like a pro and gave us excellent service the entire time with a smile on her face. Also…that Brussel sprout salad is an absolute banger. 10/10 all around!“

“I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“

“My daughter and I went in to order and saw the time and realized it was 20 mins to closing. We said we would order to go and the lead taking our order told us we can stay and not rush. We ate outside and before locking up she came over and asked if we wanted refills before she locked the doors. Hands down the best service and most welcoming place we’ve been in a while.“
