“This is a busy place. Wait staff very nice. Food is good. We called for Easter brunch reservation. Surprisingly still had openings. This was at the Mendota store, not Roseville. We go to Mendota store a lot. Mushroom Swiss burger is a favorite. FREE POPCORN.Parking: When it’s really busy there is a lot about a block away. Handicapped access is available using a wheelchair ramp. Also about 10 steps up to door if you don’t use wheelchair ramp“
“I’ve gone to this location for years and it is always clean, they always get our order accurate (no mushrooms!) and everyone is pleasant. Today I mis-ordered my kid’s meal. I went up front to re-order (and pay) and get a cover for the wrong meal. When I explained the situation, they made him the noodles he wanted, free of charge, to go with the sides we already had. They prioritized his order so he wasn’t sitting with no food while the rest of us ate. It was a true mistake and they were happy to help us out.“
“A really great experience. For us, different new cuisine, made in an accessible and delicious way. The plating was appetizing. The bison, soups and yes....the snack like popcorn crickets were our favorites. A very helpful server and all the staff was friendly and nice. Very glad we went on a visit from New York. Location was pretty too.“
“I ordered a king cake to take in to work- without a doubt the best one I’ve had, it melts in your mouth! The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered an extra cup of frosting. Great environment if you’re just looking for a place in Minneapolis to sit down with a cup of coffee and a treat too!“
“Profoundly beautiful GF bread, the heritage loaf is perfect for sandwiches, the rye lacks for nothing, and the baguettes taste *exactly* like the (glutinous!!) French bread my grandmother used to bake. The employees are upbeat and friendly. Literally can’t believe this exists in Minneapolis, the texture is better than gf breads I’ve had in major cities at twice the price. They are often sold out by end of day, so go early! Also extremely cute that they’re named after a word their toddler used when she wanted to share food with people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent bread, regardless of whether they eat gluten or not.“
“Amore Coffee in Saint Paul is my favorite local gem. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and exceptional coffee make it the perfect spot to unwind. Plus, their pastries are always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend for a relaxing coffee experience!Parking: It depends at what time you visit this place.“
“Found this little gem this morning with a friend and I think it’s my new go-to coffee shop with other moms when we have to bring our kiddos! As a mom of a toddler, it can be really hard to expect my son to stay sitting while I try to enjoy a coffee with a friend but this place has incredible coffee and food, incredible customer service, and an amazing play area to let the kiddos roam while you enjoy time with a friend!! Absolutely will be returning!“
“We relished the tropical Southeast Asian-themed decor ambiance, sipping fruity and refreshing cocktails while indulging in creatively flavorful dishes bursting with a multitude of ingredients in every bite—a true flavor explosion. We only wished we had the opportunity to sample more items from the menu. The service was excellent.“
“Stopped in for lunch & tried the turkey pastrami sandwich. It was SO GOOD. Way better than a sandwich has any business being. I'd say it was the special dipping sauce (it kinda was), but also everything was super fresh. I'll be back to try some treats.“
“Amazing carrot cake cupcakes! No nuts or raisins (this place is fantastic for folks with a nut allergy!) I love that the cupcakes are the traditional size and not those super-sized ones. Snoopy bars are soooo good! So many wonderful things to try--I'll be back!“
“Such good ice cream. It made my mouth orgasm. It was awkward because everyone around me was wondering why I was moaning so much while eating my ice dream. Then I sneezed and shot ice cream out my nose. That is how you orgasm out of your face.“
“The best borscht ive ever had. (and only but that doesn't matter.) i literally couldnt sleep last night because i was craving it so bad. so don't go, unless you want to be craving it for the rest of your life. Dumplings were very good as well! The guy walking around playing accordian added to the vibe too“
“As the name suggests, this place is all about being social. You definitely want to come with a group. My party of two stopped by on a trivia night and, even with the host on the loud speakers, I'd say the sound split was 55/45 in favor of guest chatter. Nicely varied selection of drinks, and the food truck has a solid burger. Tots were a bit over seasoned for my taste.“
“Excellent food, excellent service, excellent staff! I highly recommend trying every single dish they offer, there’s something for everyone and the taste is guaranteed. Their portions are SO generous I almost always have to take something back home with me. :) My favorite items include: dry cappuccino - grilled chicken - chicken salad - falafel platter.“
“Just ate here on a whim. Wife picked it from a huge list on google. They did not disappoint. Order the fried chicken. You won’t be sorry. I also had burnt ends. Prolly the best I’ve ever had. Sticky toffee pudding and banana Creme pie for dessert. This place was off the chain. Great food great atmosphere great service. Will be back soon. I’m kinda of mad at myself for not ordering another sticky toffee pudding to take with me. 200 stars. Thanks for a great meal“
“I've been to Lebanese restaurants all over the world..my mother was a professional Lebanese caterer..but I have to say this food is hands down the best Lebanese food I've ever had anywhere. Service is always top notch, the restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is great. Can't recommend Beirut Restaurant enough!“
“Nestled in the heart of Midway, Workhorse Coffee Bar proved to be a hidden gem awaiting discovery. My daughter and I stumbled upon this quaint establishment on a crisp morning, seeking respite from the bustling streets outside. What we found exceeded our expectations and left us longing for more.Upon entering, we were greeted by the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the inviting warmth of the cozy interior. The ambiance was a harmonious blend of modern chic and rustic charm, with exposed brick walls adorned with local artwork, complemented by the soft glow of pendant lights hanging from the ceiling. As we approached the counter, we were met with friendly smiles from the baristas, whose passion for their craft was evident in every cup they served. After perusing the menu, we decided to indulge in some breakfast bites to accompany our coffee. The selection was diverse, featuring both sweet and savory options crafted with care using locally sourced ingredients.I opted for the chocolate cookie, a masterpiece of simplicity and flavor. My daughter grabbed a gluten free cookie that made her smile light up the room.Workhorse Coffee Bar is more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee; it's a haven of warmth, community, and culinary delight. Whether you're seeking a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely breakfast bite with loved ones, I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to Workhorse Coffee Bar. You won't be disappointed.“
“Not many people, pretty calm. Had the fish tacos, which were not very flavorful, but I ordered a lot of stuff off of it. Fried pickles were good. Pop was not very carbonated, but obviously it didn't take away from the experience. Probably wouldn't go again, but that's just me.“
“ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place for great "pals getting together" atmosphere with excellent service and satisfying options for everyone. I love the big variety of ciders too! I previously thought I didn't like cider and now I love it!“
“Oh my goodness!! Absolutely delicious! Clean establishment, parking was easy, and the service was good. The food was the best I have had in a while. I ordered larb, spring rolls, and ginseng coffee. I love spicy food and the larb was truly spicy and full of flavor! I will return here for sure!“
“The blues music dive bar of Minneapolis! Good bar food, great service, friendly patrons. Have had some pretty grumpy bartenders in the past (YEARS ago) but no bad experience now. The renovations are great - feels more open and brighter inside.I'm a huge fan of bar "pork tenderloin" sandwiches and couldn't resist ordering one during my last visit. It was really just a deep fried pork chop on a bun. Very delicious but not an actual pork tenderloin.Note: it is very loud when the band plays, do not go for a date night and expect to carry a conversation.NA option: Heineken 0.0“
“Went there for an anniversary, service was fantastic. We had the Alsatian dumplings, duck and lamb meatballs. Closed it out with coffee and dessert. Everything was fantastic. Please remember it’s an occasion meal don’t go here and complain that it’s not cheap like Applebees. The food is great and the staff is professional. We had a great time, I hope to go back.“
“We order pickup from Pad Thai around 3 to 4 times per month and absolutely love this place. Excellent flavors, nice sized portions and overall very good value for money.Vegetarian options: Most dishes that we've tried work well with tofu.“
“Modern Times has a cool, creative/artistic vibe to it. The cafe is bright and the staff are friendly. I love that they offer several GF options an entire vegan menu. The miel is delicious and their breakfast sandwiche on GF bread was amazing.“
“4.9 tbh, lighting was strange and bathroom door is in the middle of the dining room but the food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super sweet and friendly we will definitely return. I can't wait to see what their famous patio is like in the summer“
“Maya never disappoints. I can take anyone there for a meal and they always leave happy. My 5 year old daughter still remembered the buffet (from when she was 3!) and was elated to return this week. Thanks for being such a great neighborhood spot. We've been regular customers since the beginning and we're so glad you're here ☺️“
“I highly recommend Mrs. Beth Abrams for her exceptional work. She specializes in forex and bitcoin investment, as well as funds recovery. Over the past three months, I have been utilizing her services, starting with an initial investment of $1,500. Thanks to her impressive trading skills, she helped me make over $12,000, and I've been consistently enjoying significant profits with easy withdrawals. The numerous testimonials from satisfied clients reflect the excellence of her services, and I am equally pleased with the results.“
“I eat here a lot, and I love the food, prices, and service. I have an account, so I often get free food using the loyalty points. They have great vegan options as well.Vegetarian options: Falafel or quinoa can be substituted for any of the meals. They also have vegan options.“
“My new favorite restaurant. Everything we had was amazing! We had shareable plates, so we could try a bit of everything. We couldn't stop eating. Then, the leftover collard greens were great in an omelet the next morning lol. I'll definitely be back.“
“I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem while in search of a French style patisserie. There are other businesses that claim to be patisseries, but this is the real deal. The location is easy to get to, even for someone who doesn't live in Minneapolis. The parking is easy, and the neighborhood feels safe. We loved the almost dark academia ambience that is inside - warm lighting, dark interior. It creates a cozy feel and makes you feel sophisticated, even if you're just trying to satisfy the Saturday morning sweet tooth like we were. Ordering was easy, and the lady gathering our items was very friendly and explained things well. We ordered a vanilla St. Honoré, pain au chocolat, croissants, and an Elise (yes, I'm saying it in a French accent to feel more fancy). The viennoiserie are baked Euro-style, meaning a bit darker than what you'd find in a regular American bakery. The many flaky layers could be seen, and there's a delightful crunch when you take a bite. The sweetness of the Elise was "just enough." We enjoyed everything except for the iced mochas. Those weren't quite as chocolatey or sweet as we're used to. If we could improve anything, it would be to give an option to have something warmed, like the pain au chocolat. It's a little spendy, but you're getting real croissants- not Costco croissants. Will definitely be coming back.“
“I ordered some buntinis and the flavors were the signature flavors for the season not my custom flavors. I called and Barb and her team went above and beyond in making sure we got what we needed to be able to bring these treats to a family event. This reminds me why I always get nothing Bundt cakes! My family and myself’s day definitely got sweeter!“
“It's a bar with a restaurant. Kitchen seriously needed some ventilation. Very smoky in the restaurant, not burnt smoke, or cigarette smoke, but just good ole fashioned kitchen smoke. Be warned when they're serving their brunch menu in the morning they do not offer their a full menu.“
“I come to and enjoy Brasa consistently enough that I should finally write a review. The short: service is consistently friendly and helpful, food is consistently good, great gluten-free option with (thus far) no cross-contamination incidents, and a very casual atmosphere. All of my friend group have different favorites: the egg sandwich, the pork bowl, the chilaquiles (my personal favorite.) Every protein comes in different forms: a plate, a sandwich, or a bowl. Most options (except the sandwiches and a couple of sides) are gluten-free. Quick run down of what I've tried: * Chilaquiles with red sauce (the GOAT): the red sauce is such a great flavor and pairs well with the smothered chicken. Their pickled jalapenos and an egg on top makes it a perfect weekend lunch dish. * Egg sandwich: the red sauce reappears on this, to great effect once more. Otherwise it's a simple-but-great egg sandwich served with their tortilla chips. * Fish sandwich: not bad, not my favorite. Flavors are not as punchy as the other options I've had. * Mac and cheese: delightful and simple, thick cheese sauce, no complaints. Crispy yuca, fried plantains, sweet cornbread, also all good. Really, the menu is full of great options. Their beverages don't disappoint either, the coffee and tea are very nice quality -- tea always comes out with a great color and flavor (not bitter at all), coffee pleases even the pickiest coffee nerds in my friend group. Also: no tipping, service fees are built into the menu prices.“
“Royal Grounds is a pretty cozy little coffee shop, nestled along Grand Ave in Uptown Minneapolis. The coffee is delicious, water is plentiful, and the snacks are too notch. I appreciate that the shop discourages tips in favor of a fair wage for all employees. The decor is also quite unique and fun, especially in the bathroom.“
“Quaint...community coffee spot. Trying the Stirato roll with maple almond butter...They also gave a Potato roll too. Chai is on the sweeter side with just enough hint of spice. Service is warm and space has a good vibe....Current Playlist is a whole vibe.“
“I want to preface this by saying it was delicious, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere on a Friday night is lively and fun.I just can't give it 5 stars in confidence because the lychee cocktail made me incredibly, acutely ill. I was keeling over in stomach pain and retching bile within an hour of drinking it.This sucks because it was absolutely delectable and I would drink it again, lol.“
“Found their Vienna bread at Morrelli's and it is amazing, honestly the best Vienna bread we have ever had. I can see this bread replacing our every day white loaf. Going back tomorrow for another loaf and I will be making a trip to the bakery soon .....Nummy!“
“Food was excellent. Great omelet with fresh ingredients. Enjoyed the warmth on a frigid Minnesota Sunday morning. Overall a nice coffee shop and great breakfast spot. Biggest kitchen with Tina of flour. This place produces a lot of baked goods. “
“Had a very special celebrations here recently and it was amazing. Staff was awesome, food was delicious and ambiance was top notch. Every person in our party commented on what a great find this place was and how they couldn’t wait to come back. Thank you to the Luci Ancora team for making our celebration so wonderful.“
“Holy bananas. This place is great! Food was amazing, service was great, atmosphere was awesome for us. I say for us because it was right after open and it was empty. Right up my alley. The bartenders (Jaden I believe and another sweet girl but I didn't ask her name) were knowledgeable and friendly. Beer was fresh tasting. Food wise, the jalapeños tasted like they were just sliced. So fricken fresh and spicy! We got the totchos (exactly what it sounds like and DANK) and the firehouse 21 burger. We ordered it medium, didn't come out pink but it was so damn juicy and tender I don't even care.Overall, 10 out of 10, no notes. Even the burps taste good.“
“Always the best product to serve those with gluten-free, vegan, and paleo needs. Sift always has a balance between decadent treats and necessary staples for households who need a variety of fresh, seasonal, and special occasion baked goods!“
“I cannot say enough about Pat and her team! She was amazing to work with! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I asked for a large, short notice order for a client of mine in the twin cities! She delivered BIG time and the cookie were DELICIOUS!!!!! Recommend 100% regardless of where you are located!! SHE SHIPS!!!“
“Service was top tier, the setting was so romantic. The waitress went above and beyond. They all celebrated me with a complimentary drink and dessert. I was spoiled! And I’ll be back to dine again! The staff, the chef, thank you! Thank you so much, and you all deserved that nice tip and much more!“
“Overpriced for what you get. The crepes were nice (its really hard to go wrong with a crepe). Utensils are all "compostable". Who knows if they actually compost. Does feel a little cheap because of it.Aside from that, place is pretty spacious. Tables are well laid out. Technically self service, but there are people going around clearing tables for you. Ciders are pretty good. Staff is polite and service is quick. There's pickleball in the building too. Might give that a try some other time.Great location. There weren't too many people when I went, but it was still kinda hard to find parking on a Thursday night.“
“Loved the smoothies. Ordered online and picked it up. They put it in a refrigerator while awaiting my pickup. You won't find this place without knowing it's there because it is in a market, but find it if your are looking for something healthy and tasty“
“Old school hippy coffee shop with amazing pastries; small & cozy with shared tables, crowded on weekends. Mini pizzas, danishes, lasagnas, savory scones, Cuban stew…If they run out of what you wanted by the time you order, try something different because that will become your favorite thing. Good place to meet up with your vegan or gluten free friends. The long line moves quickly. No off street parking but has a bike rack in front. Their bread pudding and cinnamon rolls are meant to be shared with a friend or taken on a long hike so they can be enjoyed sitting under a shady oak contemplating your life’s purpose.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options“
“Busy place on Friday just before midnight! They move folks through the takeout line pretty fast. The pizza looked like a solid choice, but I got a Muffuletta hoagie to-go. It was delish. Would love to come back to dine in and try some other items and enjoy the buzzy atmosphere.“
“Pajai never disappoints! Every transaction I have done with her has been amazing! She’s very nice, sweet and so talent! She is my to-go baker when I need full/half sheets. Cake is moist, sweet and delicious.Definitely recommending her to friends and families.“
“Ambiance 4/5 Great space inside the MIA and front foyer. Drinks/ Price: 4/5 Latte was very good with a cute design. I'm typically a coffee snob (Jamaican, Kona, Cuban, ect) however I took and chance after friends feedback and it was worth it. Reasonably priced as well. Service: Nice service, wasn't too busy when we arrived. Overall 4/5 Nice spot to grab some brew before or after viewing the museum, of course drinks aren't allowed in the MIA.“
“Townsend Barber Institute Pizza Party, celebrating our Veterans, my students and I, really enjoyed the food and everything arrived hot and right on time, we were able to be together and have a great time, the driver was pleasantly surprised when we all chipped in to make their day as well. $$ Can’t wait to enjoy this pizza and wings again, enjoy the pics & videos below.Parking: Delivery this time, but we have also had meals inside and there is plenty of parking.“
