“I would like to recognize Tyrus at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota for going far above and beyond in helping my husband and me. We had parked in the airport parking lot and were struggling to get to the airport terminal with multiple bags. My husband is a disabled veteran with medical challenges, and the walk would have taken us quite a long time. Tyrus was actually on his lunch break when he noticed us struggling. Without hesitation, he came over and began helping us by pushing our suitcases closer to the terminal. Seeing that we were still having difficulty, he went even further and brought a vehicle to help us get there faster. Because of my husband’s chronic pain, getting into the vehicle was difficult, so Tyrus kindly drove me to the terminal, unloaded my luggage, and walked me inside to the check-in area. My husband decided to walk, and the next thing I knew Tyrus was pushing him along with his walker so we could make it to the terminal. Thanks to Tyrus’ kindness and willingness to help, we made our flights on time. The most amazing part is that we were not even Enterprise customers. We were simply two senior citizens trying to make it to our flight, and he chose to help us anyway. He refused any compensation and simply wanted to do the right thing. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly represent the very best in customer service. Please recognize him for his outstanding character and service. “The rule of thumb for an ice cream place:

it must be staffed by either high schoolers (or people who look like they should be kept in high school until they look their age),

or jovial Eastern/Southern European (or Turkish) males over the age of 55 that have emigrated to North America prior to the year 2010.

This store passes the rule of thumb. Therefore, the product is good and I can recommend it with a clean conscience.“

“I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. “North Star Tavern absolutely crushed it for our group! We had our reservation double at the very last minute and they not only accommodated us, but were able to get us in earlier too. The host who helped coordinate everything was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I really wish I had gotten his name because he made the whole experience so easy. And Riley, our server, despite being a Packer fan 😉, was fantastic. She handled our large group like a pro and gave us excellent service the entire time with a smile on her face. Also…that Brussel sprout salad is an absolute banger. 10/10 all around!“

“After being greeted and shown to our table by the host, an unsmiling, non-talkative slug with the personality of a dump truck, it was a great dining experience. Our server, Hope, was beyond amazing. She put on a masterclass of hospitality and genuine friendliness. She's also an admirer of nice watches, (wink). The beef stroganoff was the best we've experienced with the homemade noodles and succulent beef tips. The prime rib was equally impressive with an insanely flavorful outer crust and tender, buttery meat with each bite. The interior was like going through Narnia's closet. Leaving the noise and bustle of the Mall of America, into an atmosphere of warmth and aesthetics offering visual comfort that set the tone, not to mention the pleasant aroma of sumptuous food that hits you as soon as you cross the threshold.“
