“On Friday night, August 11th, I got delayed in Bemidji by thunderstorms. I was supposed to land in Minneapolis by 7 and then go to the hotel for a quiet and relaxing evening. Instead, I arrived at 11:30 p.m., totally exhausted and frazzled. I had missed dinner and my husband called the hotel and asked if he could have a pizza delivered for me. When I arrived, I mentioned this to the women at the front desk. They smiled and told me it was already in my room! I then asked if there was any way I could order a glass of wine to also take to my room. They smiled and said the was already taken care of. When I got to my room, not only did I find a small pizza and glass of wine sitting on the table for me, but they had added a Hersheys Candy bar and a hand written card to me..all on their own!! I still have the card and will keep it as a sign to me of how kind total strangers can be. The card reads, "Welcome! So glad you made it safe. Here's a love token from your husband. Enjoy your night! Sleep tight. Love, HGI staff Give these women a raise!! They turned a very exhausting and stressful night into such a wonderful experience. I was only able to be in your hotel for a total of 6 hours, but I slept so well knowing I was so cared for! Thank you!!!“

“North Star Tavern absolutely crushed it for our group! We had our reservation double at the very last minute and they not only accommodated us, but were able to get us in earlier too. The host who helped coordinate everything was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I really wish I had gotten his name because he made the whole experience so easy. And Riley, our server, despite being a Packer fan 😉, was fantastic. She handled our large group like a pro and gave us excellent service the entire time with a smile on her face. Also…that Brussel sprout salad is an absolute banger. 10/10 all around!“

“My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“

“Kinda silly but they have my favorite house salad in the city. It’s a large enough portion to be a meal on its own, they use really good greens (no shitty iceberg!), and their ranch is the best. Only downside is they don’t give you quite enough ranch and even when I order extra (and probably pay extra) they don’t always put an extra cup of it in.“

“The Bulldog is a pretty standard place, warm beer, stiff drinks, but the reason I'm giving it a five star review is because of our server Hannah. She was AWESOME! She was also friendly, attentive and accommodating. We would go back to the Bulldog just because of her. Thank you Hannah for bringing some joy to our hang!“

“Food is fine, nothing special, but what irks me is paying extra for fries. Burgers and fries and I have to pay extra for fries? Because I don’t want chips? It’s literally potatoes! I’m not a fan of their electronic pay system that automatically has different tips with that minimum at 18%. I always do 20% but it’s the principle. And it’s based on tax. I’m not tipping on tax. The people who work there are nice though.“

“While the food was good, service needs improvement. I had the Potato Skins which were very good. My husband had the Ruben. He asked for fries and got waffle fries. Was never offered seasoned sour cream, while my cousin ordered fries, got crinkle cut fries and was offered seasoned sour cream. My husband said the Ruben was good but could have used a little more dressing. Not once were our water glasses refilled or was the offer made to have them refilled.“

“Totally accommodated our baseball team during the State Tournament despite not having knowledge of the tournament. They were kind, respectful, and did all they could to get our orders in within a limited amount of time. We love this place and appreciate their willingness to serve us despite being short staff during a crazy, busy time.“

“T.J. Hooligans is a great restaurant with funky decor and TVs everywhere. The atmosphere can be lively but still comfortable and kid friendly. Their patio is super nice when the weather is good.

Our service was excellent, super friendly and attentive. We were able to watch both NBA Finals and FIFA World Cup games at the same time. They have full kids menu and serve breakfast all day. Our food came out quickly, the street tacos were good and so was the kids meal.

Overall, a reliable, welcoming spot in Eden Prairie. We want to come back and check out music bingo on Friday nights.“

“I had a delicious smash burger here! The tatertots were also very good. The ordering process is very easy as you find your own table and start a tab using a QR code and credit card. It was very empty when I went but the staff seemed quite busy. I think the vibe was nice but I'm sure it's more fun when it's full.“

“Lovely little spot to hang out. Beautiful inside and the staff is friendly. They also have a little patio area in the alley. The space as a whole was clean.
I tried the guava cooler mocktail and it was delicious.
Great space for music too. The stage and sound system are set up really great.“

“Stopped in at Neisen's last Wednesday night to check out and scout the talent on their karaoke night. Excellent joint, large and spacious. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable drink and food prices.

Ordered a club sandwich with fries and it was absolutely delicious. Sandwich was toasted just right and lots of meat and veggie in between the perfectly toasted bread. Asked to have the french fries made crispy and they totally met the mark, golden brown crispy and not burnt. Tons and tons of parking.

“A local Rochester, MN restaurant chain -now branching out to a new location- Newt’s (Apple Valley) brings everything we love about the Rochester locations (GREAT burgers, beers, and unlimited popcorn!) to our little corner of the Metro. “Went to Tavern 23 for happy hour with a group and the menu variety honestly threw me off at first — sushi next to wood-fired pizza next to wok dishes? But it works. We got the crab crunch roll, a flatbread, and the cheese curds, and everything came out fast and fresh. Bar area has a good buzz to it, great for a casual group hang. Prices are reasonable for happy hour. Only downside is service felt a little stretched thin since it got busy, but the food made up for it. Solid neighborhood spot.“

Fries were waffle-style and great. Fish sandwich nicely done, but needed more sauce.
Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere is decent for an airport restaurant.“

“I landed at MSP around lunch time. I walked around the area and found Twins Grill. I did have lunch here even though I'm a Brewers fan! Lol. I decided to eat at the bar area. Wendy G welcomed me. She was very friendly, helpful and so much fun to talk to. She treated you like you knew each other forever!

I ordered the Caesar Salad with chicken and a Blue Moon draft beer. The food came out fast. I was surprised with the large portion. The Caesar Salad with chicken was delicious and very filling!!! Worth the price. Wendy kept checking in to see if everything was okay or if I needed everything! Wendy was such a sweetheart!!!!

If you are in the C Concourse, check out Twins Grill. The place is very clean and bright.
