This is about as authentic as authentic can get. A friend introduced me one evening and to see a restaurant have mole on the menu I got more than excited and we both ended up ordering it complete silence! If you've never had it you have to try it without question! Everything is fresh made in house unless you just like eating stuff out of a box or a carton that they say it's fresh made then have added at a chain restaurant then this is food you definitely do not deserve.
