The Harriet Brasserie Reviews
Lovely place and owners. Had a Bauru, an outstanding steak sandwich, named after my hometown in Brazil. The brigadeiro cake was delicious, perfectly balanced with a scoop of raspberry sorbet. Thank you, Kalinka and team. It was a beautiful taste of home.
Love the Harriet! Thru covid, the LH "Big Dig" and many other challenges, this family owned and run restaurant continues to provide warmth, cheer and good food to our Linden Hills neighborhood.
Always is a pleasure to be in this great restaurant!

The Harriet Brasserie is a comfortable restaurant in Minneapolis that offers wonderfully prepared dishes and great service. Guests have enjoyed a variety of meals, including the duck special, tofu hash, and the delicious Coconut Tres Leches Cake. The duck taco has also been highlighted as a favorite among diners. The friendly staff contributes to its charm, making it a top dining choice. The small dining room feels special, with European vibes and live music enhancing the experience. The patio provides a quiet and private dining option. Although the restaurant is tucked away next to a local bookstore and close to Lake Harriet Park, parking can be a challenge. The restaurant can get busy, so making reservations is recommended. Despite this, Harriet Brasserie is highly recommended for a memorable dining experience, whether for a meal, a coffee, or dessert.
