Stopped by for a quick bite after visiting the Wild Rumpus bookstore. The kids cheese burger was huge with silky hand cut crispy fries. Tomato basil bisque with house made pretzel bun (appetizer) was a meal in itself.Saw this place on Diners, Dives and Drive-Ins and it did not disappoint. Incredible hamburger. The renewal of the old architecture with some new additions is pretty impressive. And the weight staff was very polite and prompt. Highly recommend this local diamond of a restaurant.

I recently moved here from Arizona and George and the Dragon has become my families go to restaurant. The food is amazing and the price is very affordable. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I highly recommend you give this place a try if you haven’t yet!
