This place is legit top restaurants in msp, why??? Because they have talent and imagination. Any one can buy great ingredients and high end products, but can you make sidewalk grass , spruce pine , lingcod , wildrice and strawberry taste good ?(Not a real dish just something off top of my head) That's talented and worth talking about , the folks here have talent. And if your looking for adventure of the palette look no further.
We traveled from Wichita KS for a 50th wedding anniversary and were blessed to join family at Travail, the night before celebration. We have enjoyed fine dining literally around the world from Europe to Asia. We have never enjoyed so many dishes that were off the charts exquisite. And the chefs and chefs in training amazing! It was a bargain at every point. We’d love to make a trip back!!’
Finally visited for the first time. Fantastic food and exceptional service! Can't wait to go again.
