Wanted to make sure I dined at Eloise prior to its conversion to a bar with TVs. The cavatelli dish was perhaps the best pasta dish I ever had! Served hot, robust flavors, and perfectly al dente!! The table-side Bananas Foster was awesome! Service was on point throughout. Those wonderful Parker House rolls will stay on the menu! Those deviled eggs were amazing!
Great food and ambiance! A bit overpriced in general. The food was super tasty and the cocktails too!
We’ve always loved the food, but the last visit the entrees were not the highlight as in past visits, but the appetizers were. The new renovations sound wonderful, EXCEPT for the additions of TVs; that’s truly unfortunate, and could be a reason to think about if we would want to visit Eloise or another restaurant.

The service is friendly and helpful, with staff described as lovely and attentive. The food is innovative and delicious. Appetizers like the deviled eggs are a must, with a creative spin. The Parker House Rolls with rosemary butter are excellent, and the bacon wrapped chorizo stuffed dates are a solid choice. For main dishes, the Parisian Gnocchi, Seared Miso Cod, Chicken shawarma, and Braised Pork Coppa are all outstanding. The ahi tuna crudo with yuzu ponzu and jalapeño is a favorite, and the dungeness crab spaghetti with salmon roe is elevated. The drinks are strong and well-made, including the Old Fashioned, Smoked Old Fashioned, white Negroni, and espresso martini with biscotti. Dessert, such as the buttermilk sea salt ice cream, is solid. Eloise stands out for unique and creative menu items not found elsewhere. Prices are not cheap but are fair for the quality. Attention to detail is a top priority, making Eloise a special place and a top culinary destination in the Twin Cities.
