“We purchased two dozen cookies online and had a gift card for a third dozen
For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.
We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.
The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.

One of the workers actually ran after me and still offered to make me something — seriously made my day! The ice cream was amazing as always, but their kindness and customer service were even better. “I got a free cookie on my birthday. I just have the app and showed that I downloaded. It didn’t even need to show my drivers license and then I bought an extra cookie for a friend I was with. The employee was helpful, friendly and I got my order within minutes. Very easy purchase“

“We just moved to the area from out of state, so trying to find a new ice cream place was a must for our family. Went visited last night and all decided this was our new spot! The cookie dough concrete was AMAZING, my kiddos loved that they could pick what candies they wanted in theirs. “I just want to give a shout out to the team that’s working there today! They went above and beyond to make sure an order that wasn’t delivered by DoorDash correctly was taken care of. It’s hard being away from family during holidays but they took care of our delivery issue so my daughter still could feel the love from her family.“

“Most of the cookies my daughter like but they are really good for the few i tried. I say they are worth the price. Some locations has ice cream but also some locations dont care about their products & sell old expired ice cream or those cookies aint in the heated shelf or cold shelfs.“
“Desert Diaries has been our go to place for cakes and cookies for all occasions .The cakes are handcrafted and made with a lot of love and care. Orange cake , Pina Colada are our favourites and must try!. I would be ordering again and would surely recommend to try !!“
