I ordered cookies for pick up today-Valentines Day!! I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my cookies and there were already 17 people in the store! The greeter was friendly and said there would be a short wait for orders! No problem! Then I realize that there was only one employee baking the cookies and only one employee preparing the orders! Their employees aren’t the greatest but they do their best . We only know what we see when we go in there but only the employees know the hard work they are doing . It’s ok to be frustrated . Cookies are amazing . You guys make it so hard for me to stay on my diet ???
