I was almost an hour early to pick up my order, they accommodated me with no fuss! Was accidently given the wrong cookie - probably due to me arriving so much earlier than I was supposed to - again they corrected the mistake without any fuss.“

We chose to do a two tiered smaller cake with a simple design for our bridal party and cupcakes (4 flavors) for our guests and everyone was so pleased. “Amazing cheesecake! I was never the biggest fan of cheesecake but this place made me a fan. I just shared some of my key lime with family at Easter and they all loved it. I shared some minis with coworkers and they all said how much they loved it as well.The cheesecake is so light and creamy. And the crust is a very important part as well that is done perfectly. I spoke with the owner when is stopped in and she was so enjoyable to chat with. The staff was so friendly as well, even holding the door when I left as they thanked me. I will definitely go back.“

“I loved my Dolche de Leche latte! It was sweet enough without being over powering. I liked the banana bread loaf as well. Street parking was easy to find too! My only complaint is that it gets super busy and has limited seating. I came to sit and visit with a friend and we waited for seating and it was fairly loud. Once it calmed down, it was the perfect environment to visit. I also found the staff very kind and calm despite it being so busy! I would visit again any time!Parking: There is a hill on the side of the coffee shop where it seems the majority of people parked. The neighborhood also has a lot of space to park. Parking on Penn is limited due to a large 30 min parking area, but I found this to be the best parking.“
“I ordered cookies for pick up today-Valentines Day!! I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my cookies and there were already 17 people in the store! The greeter was friendly and said there would be a short wait for orders! No problem! Then I realize that there was only one employee baking the cookies and only one employee preparing the orders! Why, why, why would they not have more help on what is probably Crumbl’s busiest days of the year!! I will say the young lady ( wish I had gotten her name) was doing a great job getting the orders out as quickly as she could and was very friendly and professional upon delivery which was commendable since I’m sure she was overwhelmed!! She definitely deserves a bonus from Crumbl for her service today! By the way, the cookies were as beautiful and delicious as ever ( also a compliment to her)!!“

But prices are extremely high compared to higher caliber food in the North Loop. $5.75 for just a croissant? $15 for a croissant with prosciutto and cheese? You can get the best ham and cheese croissant in the city at Bellecor in the north loop for $6 and the best breakfast sandwich in the state for $15 there as well. Don’t want to distract from how great our food was here, but won’t be back given the value. We spent over $50 for a breakfast sandwich, slice of banana bread, a prosciutto croissant, an Americano and a chai tea latte… that’s a lot. Saw a couple come in, look at the menu and then turn around and walk a block down to Turtle Bread instead.“

“We had the BEST girls night taking Amy's macaroon making class! Located in downtown Hopkins is the cutest little bakery. The class takes place in the back kitchen area where they have designated baking stations with all the tools, equipment and ingredients set up for you! We had so much fun being able to pick out our own colors, fillings, and flavors. Im a red velvet girlie and my friend chose to do a fun, champagne filling flavor! There were so many flavors and colors to choose from, you really can't go wrong! Amy, the owner, leads the class and is so kind, down-to-earth and helpful with every step. There's a break halfway through the class to allow for your macaroons to bake. This is the perfect time to grab a quick drink or bite to eat at one of the nearby bars or restaurants. Although I doubt I could ever re-create these master piece macaroons on my own without Amy's expertise and help, it was a really great experience and the best, most delicious macaroons I've ever had! We each came out with a big batch and box of our own personal creations and was able to enjoy them for days after!! I highly recommend the class or just stopping by to purchase for the best macaroons ever!!“

Most small places that roast their own coffee would be better off serving Dagwood or Collectivo. Not here.
