Our company has ordered from Tank Goodness for several years and had good luck. I ordered 7 dozen cookies for an event and we found out 1/2 hour before the event they would not be doing the cookies. We are left with a gathering and no treat. Why would they wait until 30 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered to let us know. Very disappointed! Come to find out it was Bite Squad that mess up again and Bite Squads resolution is 'Oh well, we are sorry.'
I cannot say enough about my experience with Tank Goodness! Cookies, Staff, Communication, Customer Service and so much more! Thank you for making my day and making the days of those in my life!
