“I recently visited Tous Les Jours to try their pastries and desserts, and it was a really enjoyable experience overall.

They have a wide selection of baked goods ranging from soft breads and croissants to beautifully decorated cakes and sweet pastries. Everything looked fresh and visually appealing, almost like a bakery display you’d want to try everything from. I tried a few of their pastries and desserts, and they were light, soft, and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to enjoy more than one item without feeling heavy.

The croissants were especially good — buttery with a nice flaky texture. Their cream-filled pastries were smooth and balanced in flavor, and the cakes had a nice airy texture that pairs well with coffee or tea.

The café atmosphere was clean, calm, and inviting, making it a nice spot to sit down and relax or grab something quick on the go. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for a variety of fresh pastries and simple, satisfying desserts.“

“Northeast MPLS- what a fantastic find, this is truly a small town bakery, small batch production. Their reputation is their best PR! We tripped upon it, while on a quest this weekend to support SMALL/LOCAL businesses in MPLS.

Definitely recommend the apple fritter, no canned apples there! The lemon bars, peanut butter donuts and glazed donuts all thumbs up. New to me was the Paczkis. They stole the show in my book.

As if the pastries weren’t enough to bring us back (and they definitely are) the price was amazing! 6 “donuts” less than $17… Light, fluffy, DELICIOUS, good thing we live 5 hrs away, I’d be there everyday!

“This is a great place. The owners are cool and fun to talk to. The baked goods are very high quality and affordable. A lot of other bakeries have stuff that tastes like bland butter mixed with sugar but this place has very good flavor. Not too sweet, high quality ingredients. And they carry Guatemalan sweet bread which is not easy to find in the Twin Cities. “The Saint Paul location of Nothing Bundt Cakes is the BEST IN THE STATE!!! The Events and Wedding Manager, Barb, is a literal angel! She is so kind and accommodating, and went the extra mile with Wendy (the owner, another angel!) and other staff members to pack our bundtinis into 160 2-cupcake boxes so we could distribute them as “his and her favorite flavor” favors on the way out at the end of the night. The Nothing Bundt Cakes staff took such care to ensure that the bundtinis were placed properly and did not get smushed in transit and worked with our Day of Coordinator directly to pick them up the day of our wedding. The “his and her” bundtini boxes were a huge hit with our guests!“

WE had 5 dozen cookies and 4 dozen bars, and at this point, even with only about 80 people, there's maybe a handful of each left and they will be gone before the end of the day. The grocery store side of the place is a colorful, beautiful, place that just makes me happy when I walk inside. They sell an array of items from cooking vessels, utensils, dishes, to a whole isle of inexpensive spices, fresh produce, meats, and many things specific to Central and South American cooking and cuisine. They have a breakfast/lunch counter with a seating area where you can order an array of authentic cuisine including tacos, beans and rice, burritos and more.“

My favorites:
Croissant Donut-lemon cream and zest- it's the best
Cream Cheese Donut-chewy, sweet, perfection
Maple Pecan Danish- seriously delightful
Mochi Donuts-seasonal flavors, peppermint was surprisingly amazing, Dubai Chocolate currently is also amazing with crunch, chewiness and flavor
Jumbo Twist Donut- chewy and crunchy bits on the outside
Red Velvet Cake slice - perfect balance of sweet and indulgent
Pistachio Macarons-wonderful flavor, light, crisp, chew

“I ordered a chocolate cake for my son’s birthday, it was fantastic! It was chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and it tasted amazing, not too sweet, which we appreciated. The decoration was incredible, it looked just like a wooden stump, and we added our own little figurines on top. Everyone raved about it. It was expensive, but well worth it!

Meghan was very friendly and professional. She was very communicative and her prices are reasonable. Charging $5 for a single cookie just feels... off. Even accounting for overhead, the actual cost to make one cookie is way* less than $5. That kind of markup feels excessive- especially right now, when so many of us are being nickel-and-dimed from every direction.

I was genuinely excited to have a cookie shop nearby to satisfy those “I just want one good chocolate chip cookie” cravings. But at $5 each, the cookie would need to be exceptional. Instead, it tasted more like something factory-made than homemade, and my friends and I even wondered if they’re baked in-house at all.
Disappointing, to say the least. A more reasonable price could turn this place into a local gem. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity.“

“Absolutely some of the best pies!!! Huge fan of the mixed berry pie and key lime pie. The crust is super buttery and the filling is absolutely incredible. You can order the pies/treats online and pick up at their storefront window, otherwise delivery is available in certain areas. You can also order at their window (however, no seating).
