We discovered Cardigan Donuts on our way to the Target Center for the Bruce Springsteen concert via the City Center skywalk, so we came back the next morning. Holy delish! We’re so glad we did! We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients.
