I go to this location often and the staff members are great! However, the online/mobile ordering wait time at this location has been terrible ever since they closed the location in City Center. I truly don't blame the employees at all – this is a corporate issue. If you want a coffee between 8-11am, expect to wait double the amount of time the app tells you it will take.
As a previous employee my drink takes some additional TLC and every time I visit they did so happily! Great customer service is the norm!
Always a pleasure to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at this location. Staff is excellent. The new low style tables and chairs are a welcome change and upgrade.
