delicious food and great hospitality 💯
Sandwiches are okay but the extra $1 you charge for avocado is a rip off. I've given it a try the last 5 times I've been and only get a sliver of an avocado, 1/4 of an avocado at max. I can go to allies deli down the street and they give me a whole avocado on my sandwiches and salad for no extra charge.

Potbelly is a sandwich place that offers great food and service. The Wreck is an awesome sandwich, and the Lemonade WOW is recommended. The food is usually great and the quality of the sandwich itself feels good. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is often amazing. One employee was running the entire Potbelly by himself, making sandwiches to perfection and being exceptionally welcoming. Another employee gave flavour suggestions when a customer was not sure what to order. A gal working there sparked up great conversation and was extremely enjoyable to deal with. The staff is helpful. However, there was an issue with a pick up order accepted at 4:30, as the doors were refused to be opened, thinking it was a walk in, even though the restaurant closes at 5pm. Despite this, the place is a great value for a downtown shop.
