“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“I have never been disappointed with this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their sauce so much. I usually get a 2 tender - 1 sauce ratio. I'm not a coleslaw fan or a french fry fan, so when I get the combos, I replace both of those with toast.“

“We were walking around and just looking for a good quick bite with my hudband. Visited early Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all - just two customers waiting for a to go order. Chose based on other reviews. We got two strombolis and they were great! Dough was cooked well and the flavors were great. The rest of the menu looked good too so I'm sure no wrong choices. Interacted with one employee who was polite and quick. Other places seemed more popular this day but I'm glad we chose Soho!“

“I went today after a movie. There was no one but myself and the employees. It was very clean, the atmosphere was calming. I originally ordered to go. The young lady had such positive energy and invited me to relax and enjoy the quietness of the restaurant. She wasn't pushy. “I have never personally been to the store. I just wanted to leave a comment about the Owner/Operator. Kevin is a wonderful leader, and mentor. He lead our store in a little town in South Carolina and He and his family are wonderful caring people. The people of this town in Minnesota are getting one of the best Owner/Operators there are. I know that the people who visit will be blessed and will have ate at one of the best Chick-fil-A's in MN.“

“It was quite busy when we ate there, yet the service was still good, the restaurant was clean and our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. A little long maybe if you're waiting the drive- thru, however we were dining in and there was some type of youth sports team ahead of us. Plus I dont mind waiting a little longer if my food is coming out fresh and hot! You need a code to use the bathroom but they were also very clean and nice. There was a security guard inside, which I'd never seen and was surprised at.
But with a restaurant full of teenagers it was surprisingly pretty calm and tje noise level was tolerable, perhaps because of the security? Food was good, reasonably priced, it was my first time but I'd definitely return!“

Pretty solid spot for a 15 dollar lunch (I know, but it's on par with anything else worth eating). Service was fast at 11:30a too!!“

Ordered the 12 piece mix of chicken, and know that those pieces are HUGE. These aren't the tiny chicken flats you get when you order pizza - this is CHICKEN. Elevate yourself above Popeyes and give this spot a shot - you won't regret it! Get the cornbread, and get the hot sauce - you will have yourself a dinner and you will be fed! Highly recommend, get yourself some good chicken.“

“I've switched from Chipotle to Qdoba years ago because their price hiked and portions decreased but Also between the 2, I liked their food better, just Sad that Qdoba doesn't have more locations. I've opted to not buy Chipotle and look for more Qdobas locally for all star ratings vs Chipotle.“

“Wendy’s is the only place that listens when I ask for extra onions. The customer service is great, the staff are always so cheerful and friendly. The burger tastes satisfying, way better than most fast food places. Who ever manages this location is doing an excellent job. Their location on lake street is convenient for locals, but it’s not their fault that people going through a difficult time in life also frequent this Wendy’s. I mainly do drive through orders so this doesn’t affect my experience.“

“Great service for a messed up city. A few nights ago, a woman worker was being harassed by young girls who kept yelling at the workers to make the food faster, then threatened to fight the poor young woman behind the counter. They blatantly used being a minor as their excuse, and made fun of the woman for using the deterant horn. None of the adults with the threatening and disrespectful children did anything. The worker handled the situation appropriately, and still handed me my food in time. My food was good despite the awful situation.“

“I don't get here often, because so many of the stores have closed. I like their sandwiches. Had a Narmer (turkey, provolone and avocado) on wheat. The bread was fresh and tasted good. The sandwich was well made. The shop is unremarkable and seemed clean.“

“I have never really paid much attention to the staff at a restaurant such as McDonald’s, especially since they have moved away from human interaction and switched to everything being kiosks and digital ordering. However, I was so deeply impressed at this location. I have never seen a restaurant outside of the fine dining category with as nicely dressed and polite staff as this McDonald’s. Every staff member I interacted with was dressed so well they would not have been out of place in an office building did they not have the McDonald’s logo on them.

Very impressed, obviously management has a standard they uphold that is difficult to find in today’s fast food.“
