“Came in for taco Tues. The potato oles were good. It was moderately busy with plenty of places to sit and eat. The lobby was clean.
The service was attentive. No complaints.
A genuinely nice alternative to Taco Bell.

“Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. This seriously turned my night around so thanks to everybody who works here!“

“Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, didn’t get my food and a crew member checked in on why I didn’t get my food yet. The manager promptly came out gave me my food and 2 free basket coupons. I realized they forgot the fries and pulled a u-ey and asked for them. They gave me the fries and a third free basket coupon. Left with a smile on my face and 3 free meals!“

“We were walking around and just looking for a good quick bite with my hudband. Visited early Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all - just two customers waiting for a to go order. Chose based on other reviews. We got two strombolis and they were great! Dough was cooked well and the flavors were great. The rest of the menu looked good too so I'm sure no wrong choices. Interacted with one employee who was polite and quick. Other places seemed more popular this day but I'm glad we chose Soho!“

After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “It's pricey, but to me it's 100% with it. Five Guys has been my favorite cheesburger, fries and Cherry Coke place since the first time I went there many years ago. The fries are skin-on and perfectly cooked every time, and most of their stores have the Coke machines that allow you to choose your choice of flavored syrup - so yummy! And their burgers, well, you just have to try one if you haven't - soooo good. Bonus, they have free shelled peanuts - you can help yourself while you wait for your food! Love Five Guys!!“
