I order from this location quite a bit, I’ve had so many mis Haps through drive through I always check my order before I leave, missing sides, missing desserts, missing Mayo, I’ve missed getting a beverage with the combo, I don’t think the employees even read the order slip let alone “check the bag” before you hand it off to someone with half the items ordered. Recently ordered for delivery, took a good hour to get to me. After eating the sandwhich, I then got food poisoning. Does not feel good at all, will not be eating Jimmy johns anymore?.

Placed an order. Delivered to wrong address and order was missing drinking straws and sandwiches were dry. No condiments. Called to speak with manager, apparently he couldn't understand me. The attitude was that of I don't understand you and don't give a care. Never going here.
