“Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. “We went on a Saturday around 11 when it was very busy and they didn't have the staff to keep up with the demand. The guy running the food was super flustered and kept apologizing to everyone. We waited a long time but finally did get sandwiches which were solid. I'd go back sometime when they aren't so busy.“

After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. This establishment is decent, not too dirty but not perfect either... food was good as always and place was busier! Service was good but honestly the people barley spoke and definitely no smiles... didn't seem too happy to be there... in general I live Quiznos, think they're overpriced and smaller than they used to be ... but it's a nice treat when I'm in the area!“

“I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

“Loved my meatball sub today..delicious..also of note I like the pressboard containers and brown paper bag they put the sandwichs in.....this prevents me from having to reach into a sweaty plastic bag ( like at another competitor which shall remain nameless for this review)“

“Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.

“We tried this location for the first time and were delighted with the experience. The bread was by far the freshest and the sandwiches were top notch. Levi and Sophia’s teamwork was excellent. The owner has worked here for decades. He cares about his store and it shows. Yes, he works at his own store. Great guy. This is my preferred location.“

“Have been here several times. Always clean, plenty of parking.

Today (4/9/26) only one person was working when we came in (5:30ish). A couple was waiting and we were in line.

The single working person did very well staying calm and managing multiple issues — the store was out of Parmesan, there were online orders, customers in real life, the waiting couple.

It quickly became apparent that the waiting couple had an online app order issue/complaint of some kind and the single employee was too new to know how to service the issue. The employee was calm and polite and apologetic, clearly trying hard. The couple did not seem to understand the response that this employee did not know how to process the app issue. The employee did reach out to an off-site supervisor who did call back. A second employee came in for their shift and also spoke to this couple.

No matter all of that, the original employee steadily worked and the store was calm and functioning. Employee reminded us of sub of the day, mentioned that avocado was extra, recommended that we get three cookies instead of two because it would be cheaper. They knew their stuff. Hats off to this person (Alexis) who did not get rattled or frustrated.

“I stopped in today around 1:00pm and some of the kindest crew members helped me find an address I was desperately searching for. I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I placed a detailed and lengthy order to this spot and even as it was the women's first time taking a phone order she was very helpful and accommodating to each request. I had also threw away the receipt, which I needed and several days later they were able to send me a digital copy of it when I asked. All through the phone! (the food was good too) shout out to the JJ employees!!“

“Great Potbelly location! This store is conveniently off of Hennepin and 28th. The inside is open and clean. The food is great, like any Potbelly, but the service here is above and beyond. They don't rush you. They're friendly. They want you to be satisfied with your food. They recently re-introduced the lemon cheesecake cookies for the summer, and those are great. They use quality ingredients on their sandwiches, and now, wraps. Yes, you can get a regular-sized sandwich turned into a wrap.

Edit: I almost forgot. I love spices. The hot peppers here are actually a little hot, unlike so many other places. I always forget about that, every time I go to a Potbelly, and it's always a great surprise!“

This subway is a great shop to stop by and get a sandwich very quick Ash and Santiago welcomed me and got me out very quick during a lunch rush. Everything was very clean and organized at this store the glass was so clean i didn’t even realize there was glass in-front of the ordering line I would really recommend this location.“

“My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! The store was clean and the employees were friendly.“

“The Northtown Walmart location they have a Subway that's hands down best subs in the area. There's this Lil Todd cat who can sling a mean sandwich, flip rolling mayo bottles like a scene out of the movie Cocktails and dudes got a great attitude ( must have a wonderful mother), but all and all best service and great food.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“
