“Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. “Had the Cuban and the Zamboni Dip. The Cuban was one of the best I have had in years, perfect bread, generous meats, and great taste. The Zamboni was also excellent. A bustling little place with a few counter spots to eat. Lots of hockey memorabilia, fun environment. Worth a bit of a drive. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.“

“When I was at this jersey mikes they were super busy and I grabbed the wrong order. When I noticed this I called the store back and spoke with Eric and Ceaser and explained to them what happened. They offered a refund or for me to come back. I was super hungry so obviously I went back. By the time I arrived my sandwich was coming off the grill. They gave me the sandwich with a smile and apologized for the mistake.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. Parking is sort of meh, with very little spots and not much room to back up if it gets full. The best sandwich fast food chain in Golden Valley for sure.“

“Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.

“We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated her going above and beyond. What an amazing manager!“

“My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “Have been here several times. Always clean, plenty of parking.

Today (4/9/26) only one person was working when we came in (5:30ish). A couple was waiting and we were in line.

The single working person did very well staying calm and managing multiple issues — the store was out of Parmesan, there were online orders, customers in real life, the waiting couple.

It quickly became apparent that the waiting couple had an online app order issue/complaint of some kind and the single employee was too new to know how to service the issue. The employee was calm and polite and apologetic, clearly trying hard. The couple did not seem to understand the response that this employee did not know how to process the app issue. The employee did reach out to an off-site supervisor who did call back. A second employee came in for their shift and also spoke to this couple.

No matter all of that, the original employee steadily worked and the store was calm and functioning. Employee reminded us of sub of the day, mentioned that avocado was extra, recommended that we get three cookies instead of two because it would be cheaper. They knew their stuff. Hats off to this person (Alexis) who did not get rattled or frustrated.

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I love Potbelly! It always satisfies my hunger and it defies my expectations every time! The sandwiches are always cooked to perfection and the vegetables are healthy and perfect. I recommend coming here if you like warm sandwiches, quick food, and good service as I’ve always been extremely happy. “The staff was friendly, but she was obviously too exhausted to make any effort to render me proper service. I was couple minutes in before closing time. The tuna was almost not present in my sandwich. Possibly the same for the turkey sandwich my son will eat later today.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“I have been coming to this specific subway for almost 6 years. Never once have the workers at this location ever gave me attitude, nor have I seen them give another customer attitude. Its the same 4 women I always see and they always are working hard, and putting smiles on peoples faces while dishing out some killer sandwiches. The food you get is always what you create so anyone complaining about subways food says a lot about their own character LOL. I honestly love this subway AND the women who work here. Never ever EVER have they ever given me a problem. But they have left me with a full belly! Keep up the good work guys“

“My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
