“Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.“

“Our Super BMT was excellent. Place was very clean and inviting. However, the Men's batroom was shut down and "Out of Order" sign up. Not sure how you an allow this to happen! Had to use the Women's bathroom out of necessity where there was no paper towels.“
“Stopped in for a late lunch with my son. The staff were all friendly. Place was not busy. We both got our orders freaky fast. Enjoyed our food in the restaurant. It's like other Jimmy John's for the most part and food was up to par.2 subs and a brownie was $21 and some change.“
“I went in like 20 minutes before closing, and Jessie was the only one there, let me just say she deserves a raise 100% I asked her to make me whatever sandwich she wanted since I couldn’t make a choice and she made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had from jimmy John’s, super kind and caring. “A nice spot for a deli with plenty of seating for the early lunch group. I had the Ravn and my wife had the Woden. the sandwiches were full of flavor and they were filling. We both ate half there and brought half of the sandwich home. The Bacon Bleu Potato Salad is a must have. Like the sandwiches, it was exploding with flavor. The staff members we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. It was a great date day lunch.Parking: There is free ramp close to the venue with a small outdoor lot between the two. 3 hour parking on the street is more than enough for lunch and some looking around or shopping.“
“Excellent subs, and a large selection. Their meat is fresh-cut while you wait, and you can watch the whole process. The staff is friendly and professional, and I have never had a bad experience with them.This location still offers curbside pickup, which is really good for me because I have mobility issues. It's also a couple of blocks from HyVee, so I can do my grocery pickup, then head to Jersey Mike's for a sub, all without getting out of my car.“
