“Love this Jimmy John’s. The staff are always seriously the nicest. They really go above and beyond. Had an exceptionally great experience with Kit. He was incredibly helpful and kind when they ran out of French bread and was so patient while I called my husband to see if he wanted to wait for fresh bread or just change the bread type and then to call him back. Have had other good experiences here as well. Will continue to frequent this location“

“Great food, great deal, ordered online.Got a footlong beast after 5pm for only $7.
But for God's sakes, what's the point of having a special instructions section if you're gonna completely ignore it.
I wanted my onions and peppers toasted with the sub, didn't happen.
I wanted half of the sub to have no sauce on it so I can bring to work the next day and it's not a soggy mess, didn't happen.
That's why I hate having some faith and pre-tipping in the hopes they actually pay attention to my toppings and instructions.
Do better.“

“Loved my meatball sub today..delicious..also of note I like the pressboard containers and brown paper bag they put the sandwichs in.....this prevents me from having to reach into a sweaty plastic bag ( like at another competitor which shall remain nameless for this review)“

“I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes early before the expected ready time. I quietly sat down and was content waiting but the guys working made sure to connect with me and assure me they were working on my order. Despite there being a line of customers, the staff worked calmly and carefully and made the best subs tonight and I barely waited. Shout out to you guys! Well done. Thank you.“

“Order online. Any time I've physically come into the store to order, only one employee was working making for a really long wait time. It would be helpful if this locations management staffed more than one employee each shift. Despite the long wait, employees are always nice but thats not fair to short your staff and overwhelm them when there is a rush of people.“
